"This hotel is very bad, people who see it should avoid it. At first, we were assigned a room on the first floor, a double bed room. As soon as we entered, there were many big ants, mainly concentrated on the sofa chair. The air conditioner could not be started. The room was very dirty. I called the front desk and asked them to help me change the sofa chair. They said they would come, but we waited for 20+ minutes and they didn't come. At that time, I checked my order on Ctrip and found that I had booked a twin bed. I immediately contacted Ctrip. Ctrip told me that they would contact the hotel front desk to confirm the situation. After a while, Ctrip told me that the hotel front desk did not answer their call, so I ran to the front desk to contact them. I told the front desk: 1. The air conditioner could not be started 2. There were bugs in the room 3. I booked a twin bed room but was given a double bed room The front desk told me: 1. Because it was not very hot, the air conditioner could not cool, and the whole building was like this. I said it was impossible to be 20+ degrees at that time. The front desk had a tough attitude and kept repeating that the air conditioner could not be used. 2. This ant is very common, they can arrange someone to kill insects 3. They did not receive the order for a double bed, but if we need it, they can ask the cleaning staff to separate the beds I said there is something wrong with your room, can you help me change the room, the front desk said that this room type is full, we have to pay for the upgrade. I asked why I need to pay for it myself, it is your room that has a problem, the front desk asked me to wait and discuss it with the boss. After a while, he came out of the office and told me: 1. The air conditioner can be turned on, but it is broken in my room. They can send a maintenance technician to check it out 2. Ask someone to kill insects in the room 3. Can't change the room, can only upgrade at your own expense. Finally, Ctrip paid for the upgrade room type for me to change the room. In addition: 1. Parking is difficult and you have to park far away 2. The buffet is terrible 3. Even if you change the room, the hygiene of the room is still very bad, and the bedding has some problems. "I stayed at this hotel with a friend and we had an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The food was amazing, and as a vegetarian I was really impressed with the variety of options available. A special mention goes to Manuel, the head waiter, who kindly offered to show me all of the vegetarian and vegan options each day. It was such a thoughtful touch and made dining much easier. I also loved that there was something different on offer every evening, so we never got bored of the food during our stay. The waiting staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were always happy to recommend drinks and, by the end of our stay, felt very familiar with us, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was quick and easy. Sara is a real credit to the hotel and was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer, as well as providing information about the local area, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was spotless and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. Rooms were scheduled to be cleaned every other day, but we noticed ours was often cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, which was a lovely bonus. The swinging egg chair was a beautiful feature and made it even more enjoyable to sit and take in the stunning views. Pool towels could be rented for €10 and exchanged whenever needed, which was very convenient. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as we didn’t want to be right in the middle of the busy town centre. It was around a 15-minute walk into town, which we did on most evenings, but it wasn’t necessary to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. The restaurant regularly offered live music and entertainment, and the bar remained open until 11pm, creating a lovely atmosphere and giving guests plenty to enjoy without having to venture out. The hotel is also less than a five-minute walk from Ferrera Beach, which we visited frequently during our stay. We rented two loungers, an umbrella, and a lockbox for €17. The beach is beautiful, but I would recommend getting there around 9:30am if you want to secure a spot, as they get taken very quickly due to the number of nearby hotels. We also had a very early checkout because of our transfer and flight. The staff kindly offered to take us to the restaurant for a coffee before we left, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our holiday. I genuinely could not recommend this hotel more highly. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the number of loungers around the pool. There weren’t many available, and despite signs asking guests not to reserve them, many loungers were occupied with towels from early in the morning. This was a little frustrating and I can imagine it being much more of an issue during peak season. We found that if we spent the day at the beach, we could usually come back around 4:30pm and find a lounger by the pool, but any earli"

"Que estadia maravilhosa em mar senses adults only Não há qualquer ponto negativo . Fui com o meu marido e ambos adoramos tudo. O pequeno almoço e jantar bastante variado e com opções saudáveis. Todos os dias era uma agradável surpresa sempre com pratos diferentes. O espaço exterior do hotel era fantástico e super limpo e bem conservado. O quarto era super espaçoso e com um sofá para vermos TV sem ter que estar sentados na cama ,um mini frigorífico bem espaçoso. As piscinas maravilhosas e o melhor de tudo a 2 minutos da cala ferrera. Super bem localizado pois estava numa zona muito calma e a 10 minutos do centro de cala dor. Para terminar o staff do hotel eram pessoas magníficas sempre com um sorriso e prontas a ajudar no que fosse preciso Obrigada á querida e atenciosa Aline, Ivan,Pablo Jorge e a todos os outros que nos receberam tão bem.
