Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß und hell sehr schön. Restaurant ist groß und hat eine gute Auswahl.

We booked with TUI which was very easy . 2 adults and 11 month old. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready on arrival. The room was lovely and clean there was a cot set up for us. Although they removed it for us as we brought our own travel cot. Their is lots of cupboard space in the bedroom but sadly lacking drawers/shelves but we got by. We had a lovely large balcony with sea view even though we only paid for a standard 1 bed apartment. The small Kitchenette had a hob, kettle and microwave. If you plan to use the kitchen then you will need to bring or buy washing up liquid. There is a shop in the hotel for any essential. The hotel facilities are excellent. 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds and an indoor pool. The pools were very cold but it was May. Our daughter loved splashing around in the splash park and we also used the indoor pool which was warmer. There is an indoor baby area with a soft play which was brilliant and we usedit a lot. The Buffet restaurant is good. The food was geared towards German tastes but their was plenty to eat and lots of variety. We didn’t eat at the A la carte restaurant so cannot comment on that. There were snacks including burgers and fries available in the Taverna all day. There are plenty of drinks available on the all inclusive including wine, beer, local spirits and cocktails. The cocktails were hit and miss we didn’t try them all but the pina colada was terrible but the Mojito was great. The TUI entertainment team were brilliant. There were lots of activities going on throughout the day and entertainment in the evening. We used the crèche facilities a couple of times and they were fantastic our daughter had a lovely time and they were very caring. I felt very safe leaving her there for a couple of hours. Only downside was on one day she was the only baby and she would have loved it if other babies were there. We had booked in advance but thier were plenty of spaces but it was early in the season. I would highly recommend booking this or the kids club to give you some child free time. The kids/babyclub club doesn’t run on a Saturday. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing time.

Great family hotel with a lovely town only 10 minutes walk in a coastal footpath. Rooms were clean and modern, though make sure you ask for a larger family room if travelling as more than a couple. Some reviews here are misinformed - kids pool is not at a sister hotel, for example. Do your own research. Three outdoor pools, though one is very busy and was impossible to sit next to. No food available after 9pm. Access to the sea is difficult and not as advertised despite a jetty. Take swim shoes for the rocks. No sand. Drinks are great (and actually alcoholic unlike some all inclusives). Find Kenneth in the restaurant, behind the grill. Nothing was too much to ask of him and he even got our favourite dishes put back on the menu for an extra night.

Nice place, great staff, good location, all inclusive is good, except the desserts. But it is far too noisy! Loud music by the pool, kids running around screaming everywhere. I would only go there again if they made a place, eg. A lounge for adults. There was nowhere to sit in quiet. Great place for family's with children though.

Wouldn't never book with tui again after the experience there and very uncooked chicken. And tui after care has been awful We had so many complaints and tui just brush them all under the carpet. I was extremely ill from.the food again tui wasn't bothered

The staff were more interested in closing the hotel down than catering for the guests. Days before the hotel was due to close choices in the restaurant were reduced quantities were reduced. The same went for the bars ie draught.mixers taste of soda water only no flavour of cordial.

We stayed last week the week the hotel closed so am going to try be fair with my review but I feel we may of missed this hotels full potential… on arrival we checked in more or less straight away, nice clean entrance with a nice feel about it. Friendly staff all over the complex especially the bar staff full of smiles. The room we stayed was in an ideal area not central as I requested a quiet zone so we slept soundly it was peaceful. The room was bright fresh and modern. Regular cleaners did a great job. The grounds are so well kept lovely to walk around. Beautiful views. Unfortunately was disappointed that we expected a beach but could not go on as if was just covered with big rocks so had to admire the sea over the walls. A few kids play areas good could be improvedx there is 3 pools outside clean but absolutely freezing, really could do with being heated! Indoor pool was small and lighting was dark, so we didn’t bother. Main restaurant had lots of indoor and outdoor seating, lots of clearing and cleaning being done all the time. The food was always warm but it was a lot of odd mixed items and a lot of the same every night. Drinks would run out and not be replaced for a day or two if at all. I can’t help but wonder if the shut down had something to do with this though. Not much food for fussy kids. Lovely evening entertainment area but it did get busy and the hotel wasn’t even half full I wouldn’t like to think of the chaos of it had been. There was a kids club but my kids didn’t go so can’t comment. The entertainment reps seemed great some very good live shows. There is a small quiet road in the middle of hotel it is spilt over 2 sides but is a zebra crossing and not busy at all wasn’t an issue. The snack bar was okay there was a small selection of burgers, buns, salad through the day but I feel their should be grab and go snacks for children such as packs crisps, biscuits etc…. There was very poor choice or ice cream 1 brand choice of a small pot of either strawberry or chocolate and only 1 type of ice lolly on 2 days. Definitely needs to be more choice. Cala Bona town a short 10 minute to with a small selection of gift shops and convince worth a visit and we got on the free bus to Cala Millor which took 10minutes a lovely bigger town also worth a visit. Over all we enjoyed our stay we would consider returning as some point. Thank you.
