Magnífica estadia frente ao mar com quarto bastante grande. Pátio para podermos descansar e desfrutar. Atendimento 5*. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Ótima localização em Poetto. Encontra-se na linha principal com acessos a restaurantes e bares de praia., no entanto, não existe ruído para poder descansar. Sem dúvida a melhor escolha em Poetto e na zona de Cagliari.

La Villa del Mare was a well-maintained hotel. Breakfast was ok, the hotel is located beachfront but not all the rooms are. My room was clean and we felt safe. No parking on the premises but it is easy to find. The hotel is located in Poetto, the beach area of Cagliari. We had a nice stay, full of family memories.

This hotel was beautiful and located right across the street from the beach and several restaurants. Paola was so kind and helpful, she helped make our trip very special. Rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious. The rooftop deck was great to take pictures on or just hang out with a beautiful view

This is a very nice petit hotel down on the beach! Since it is on a pedestrian road there is no parking on the facility and it is a bit challenging when you have never been there. However, after the first time it is not a big problem and we enjoyed it very much.

Very overpriced property. It is not a hotel, the breakfast is very poor - old rotting fruit, the only hot food, bacon and scrambled egg was always cold and inedible. The breakfast was served in a different building which was an ice-cream parlour / cafe during the day. The area is ok but there is a lot of litter, nearby food trucks etc. The villa del mar should not be categorised as a hotel - it is a poor B&B.

La Villa del Mare is in Poetto Beach about 6 miles from downtown Cagliari. The location is excellent. Staff at the hotel were excellent and helpful. Poetto is a very nice relaxing place to stay. If you do not have a car bus service to Cagliari is convenient.

Bad experience with villa converted in small hotel apartments, impossible to sleep for 2 nights. Disliked · Terrible noise from restaurant , Bedroom's window give to backyard of restaurant , impossible to sleep before 2am. AC broken, noise from machine, the fan loudly noise , we are switched off conditioner for all night. Hot inside and if open window, garden full of mosquitoes.Management not really cooperative. Not parking in property, only outside in back street

We have been travelling around Sardinia for a week taking in the wonderful island, but the most impressive place we stayed was here! The hotel is calm and relaxing, with a great customer experience. Check in was seamless and the reception (be it the owner or the new lady who started just 2 weeks ago) was always friendly and helpful. It's 10/10 for customer experience and service. The room was wonderful with a lovely terrace catching the sun most of the day and evening. Breakfast is good, nice coffee too. The beach - wow you are just over the road from a superb beach. This is just what we'd been looking for on our tour around the island - a fab hotel with great service and right next to this jewel! We went a couple of times to the city - we took the bus as the stop was just behind the hotel and easy to catch. They even sold tickets for the bus at the hotel to make it even easier for us to get around with no hassle. We stayed 3 nights rather than the one night we'd stayed at other hotels en route!! I would definitely recommend staying here!
