Super 8 by Wyndham Arkadelphia Caddo Valley Area

Was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I only booked this hotel because it showed a pool in the amenities. The owner said the pool was closed for good and said it isn’t advertised. I showed him on the app where it was advertised, and explained I only booked it because of the pool so that my kids could swim. He would not offer a refund or anything.

This place is exceptional for the price. You know for the price it isn’t fancy the blanket had a cigarette burn on it BUT they looked and smelled so clean and fresh. The mattress was super comfy. The areas location has multiple restaurant options while being far enough away from heavy traffic to provide and nice quiet sleep. Top it all off with the friendliest, helpful staff. We came in late and they greeted us with a smile and welcoming behavior. Felt safe it was well lit also.

I'd like to staff , they were really nice and they were on top of our motel when we stayed uncleanliness and just is quiet and just as good place to stay

Had a late check in and staff worked with us on every aspect. If ever in the area will definitely stay there again.

Kathy was cordial, accommodating and responsive. The woman at checkout in the afternoon was lovely. Someone came into our room while we were at breakfast and took our towels! We had not checked out and still needed to shower. Totally unacceptable. Owner is rude, arrogant, confrontational and completely unprofessional. Very bad for your business and reputation. Because of him, we will never stay here again, despite the need to make many trips to Arkadelphia in the future. The pool is NASTY. Lots of smoking happening around the property. Miss Kathy does a great job, in terms of damage control for the owner~

Standard room. It was clean but the tv remote was broken and only offered a few channels. A winter storm just rolled through and even though their stairs and parking lot were covered in ice, staff refused to change me to a bottom floor room. Also accused me of not paying a pet fee the day of departure, which I certainly did.

It was clean & comfy. Our TV didn't work, but it was late when we checked in so we weren't really worried about TV. Overall it was good for the money. I was pleased and would definitely stay again.

Beds seemed to be from the 90s not comfortable at all. It was a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for.

The room was clean but the plugs in the bathtoom area was not working so I couldnt blow dry my hair. I tried a different plug and it was the same. I also opted to take a bath instead of a shower after driving 14 hours and the water just kept running out of the bathtub. I called front desk but all was said was i will get it fixed not let me give you a partial refund or vomp you a night so I only stayed one night and I wont be returning there again. I will say though Mr. Patel was nice and the front desk clerk.
