The rooms are simple but it’s the view that’s superb here. It’s well worthwhile going for a terrace with a sea view. When we arrived, whoever the gentleman on reception was was not having a good day. We asked whether we could get a larger room as as we saw there were wider rooms on the room plan but he snapped at us saying that all the rooms were the same size and we had a bigger balcony. The next morning when we came down to reception, it was a different story altogether. The young man and his parents (we assume) were lovely. And confirmed that the rooms were of different sizes and told us we could happily have another room. The rooms have small fridges and a safe which is great if you wanted to go for a swim otherwise they’re simply decorated in white and have everything you need. Good WiFi and aircon. Our room was very clean. We made good use of our terrace eating breakfast there. There is no lift so if you have any mobility problems it would be difficult for you. The steps are steep. No breakfast is offered but there was a restaurant attached and the food looks very good.

Octavia is less than 100 meters from the sea, located in the middle of the island’s coastline. We booked a triple room, one big bed, one small bed, the room is separated by a wall. There is a small intersection that says Se Perafita, just go along the mountain road! The exterior of the building is very original, the rooms are very cozy, and the toilets are very clean! Hot water and daily necessities are all complete! The owner is also very nice and patient ~ free parking ✨ The view of the whole hill is really good! Many people who stay in will bring their pets to stay for a few days, and you can see the sunset through the big glass windows from the bed! The most beautiful moment is 8-9pm every night~ ✨ The breakfast is rich, as shown in the picture.
