"The stay was quite disappointing. The body wash and shampoo were almost empty and not enough for guests to use. Outside the room door there were piles of leaves and spider webs that clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. The room also had an unpleasant smell. Opening the door for ventilation was not really possible because the outside area was full of leaves, insects, and there was no fly screen. There was also no kettle provided in the room, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room at all. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness did not meet expectations."

"A estadia era bastante desapontável, o lavagem corporal e o champô eram quase vazios e não eram suficientes para serem usados pelos hóspedes.Fora Da porta do quarto havia pilhas de folhas e redes de espião que não tinham SIDO limpas há muito tempo. A sala também sentiu um cheiro desagradável, não era possível abrir a porta para ventilação, porque a área exterior estava cheia de folhas, insetos e não havia pano de voo. Não havia também nenhum cozinha disponível no quarto, e o ar condicionado mal arrefeceu o quarto. Em geral, a manutenção e a limpeza não satisfazem as expectativas."

"The structure is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and quiet and above all very close to what was our destination. They gave us a very nice and spacious apartment, complete with a terrace, but there were no sheets, pillowcases, towels or hand soap. They told us that they were not included in the stay, but then at our request we were provided with towels and sheets. Unfortunately, and it's a shame because the place is really beautiful, the room was not cleaned properly; in addition to dust and cobwebs, we found objects under the beds and in the bathroom."
