We tried to stay at this Hotel after our flight cancelation due to bad wether conditions. I booked a room and we go to find a taxi in the airport. All the airport staff and other local people answered me that it is impossible to reach the hotel due to high water and rain.
I tried to find a hotel representative people at the airport (it is normal practice in Busuanga, but was no one), tried to call to the hotel, but without success. Note, the hotel provides airport transfer service.
I travel with child and for me is important to be in safety. Was raining and a tyohoon was waiting for.
I spend one hour on searching a contact with hotel and phoning. And made decision to cancel reservation (in one hour after automatic confirmation in the trip.com) and reserve new hotel who employees were in the airport. After reservation I with my family were safety in the new hotel in a 30 minuts!.
This hotel (Angel Garden) is declined my cancelation and didn't return payment, at least a part of the payment.
It was really force-majeure, I cancel reservation in one hour after the confirmation. So it very bad guests care.
We stayed at two other hotels in Coron, be sure all make all efforts to care their customer, but not this Hotel.
I wish you to do right hotel choice and stay in the realy careful hotels!
