Booking and communication I called them several times on their Google listed number to ask for additional info about the room. When someone answered, it was in a rush, as if I bothered him, even though the number was publicly listed. Before arriving, I called again to announce we were getting there around 22h. they texted back they cannot talk. When I called on the reception no, from the reservation confirmation, no one answered. Property The apartment is in a separate building. When entering the room, you get straight into the bedroom, so you have to cross the bedroom to access the livingroom and also the bathroom. No intimacy. The mountain view is actually a parking view, as per the picture. Cleanliness It is clean where you can see. If you move one chair on a side, you find dust from several weeks ago. Same in the coffee cups. They didn’t clean the room after the first night and we couldn’t find them to ask for extra towels until the next morning. They refused to offer us complimentary espresso tablets, even when we offered to pay. Breakfast They only offer breakfast after 8:30, which is terribly late for someone who wishes to go trekking in the mountains, a popular activity in Busteni. Facilities No sauna, no jacuzzi, no tub. They said they open them in November. However, I paid in September and the features were advertised. No one at the reception. Just an empty desk, all the times. Services and overall attitude Starting with the manager, the entire personnel shows little or no care for the customer needs. They are rude and condescending.
