This hotel is very close to the beach. The room is kinda clean. I book a room with window,however, the window couldnt be open :)) Friendly receptionist. There are a few restaurant nearby then its a bit difficult for u to grab some food

The email service was great and kind but the offline service was awful. No one was in the reception even it was 11am. There was no service even no one to pick and collect trash from the bin after checkout time. The motel seems to be running with almost volunteers, which is not stable enough. Btw Location was good and the general cleanliness was good. Good deal I just need to say.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are kept clean and have a nice feeling to it, as well as the in suite bathroom. (One of the best hostel bathrooms ever.) Common areas are a little worn down but that’s expected in a big hostel like this. Overall great, would come back!

I really enjoyed staying in the single room which is really close to the beach. The price is reasonable. I will definately come back again

Firstly, I was recommended to complain about Trip.com. I booked a room for 4 females, it was more expensive than a room for 8 females. BUT when I arrived, I was said that there is no free 4-female room, so I need to enter 8-female room. Initially I thought that it is hotel adminitration's fault, but an administrator argued that it is because of the incorrect work of the Trip.com website. If there is an opportunity to get I refund, I would like to do this. About the hotel itself: a cleanless level was normal, but there was an awful chemical smell because of it (on the floor & in the room). Location was close to the sea (5 min walk), but the surroundings were ugly. You are provided with a little locker, but without no lock! So I needed to by it by myself. About ironing: you need to ask administration for an iron, but there is no area where you can actually iron your clothes. The good point is that you are offered to use earplugs. Also there is a normal kitchen. On the 1st floor there are always people who are usually parting in the night. From the 3rd flood I didn't hear the noise, however, a lot of girls went to bed very late, so you sleeping time is suffering. That's all, thank you.

The hostel is run by mostly volunteers. Sometimes I feel the place was catered to them and not so much for the guests. While it's not the hostel's fault, it somehow attracts the most inconsiderate guests I've met in my 4 years of travelling. I guess I was just unfortunate. Otherwise the place is clean, the bed frames might need some fixing as the side rail was detached and in the night someone fell off the bed from the upper bunk so it could be a hazard. For its price it's alright, does the job.
