Trip & Urbanstay Busan Songdo Beach's system was not connected well, resulting in check-in taking 30-40 minutes.
Since Urbanstay is self-check-in, there is no front desk.
In the past, I have booked Urbanstay hotels on other hotel platforms many times, and I always received the booking information and check-in guide via email or KakaoTalk
However, ONLY I booked Urbanstay with Trip this time, and it was tough to check-in.
This Urbanstay Busan Songdo Beach is newly open and the service attitude is nasty. When I asked what the reason was, we did not receive any check-in information, and the service staff would not explain.
The booking needs to be re-created on the hotel system, no trip booking on the system, and the receptionist had no sense of service at all. The whole process takes 30-40 minutes for me to communicate in Korean, which is even more difficult for foreigners to communicate and solve.
