Cleanliness - It is a relatively new hotel so most things in the room are in pretty new or good condition. I am giving it a 4 instead of a perfect 5 because there is NO housekeeping provided unless you stay 4 nights (every 3 nights once).
Location - 5 mins walk to Jalgachi Market. BIFF square/street food are just within 5 minutes walks. If you have large luggages, use exit 7 which has escalator. The rest of the other subway exits are stairs. Better to alight Nampo station. More to see.
Service - There is no in-person touchpoint, from check in to check out. You send your request for amenities (certain items only) via an online chat. The hotel is responsive and able to communicate in English. Your requested room amenities will be dropped off at your doorstep. Check in is at 4pm instead of the usual 3pm.
Amenities - The toilet has weak flushing power. At one point during the stay, the poop got stuck and cannot be flushed away. We were given a manual pump (left at our door) to pump the poop down the toilet bowl. The room comes with Samsung washing machine which helps save time and money with laundry. There is no dryer though but you can request from the helpdesk for a dryer rack at no cost. No cooking is allowed. Large fridge is provided.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL - SELF CHECK IN AND OUT AND FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. GREAT LOCATION AROUND FOOD STANDS, MALL AND RESTAURANTS AND STORES.

the room very clean. they provide body shampoo, hair and conditioner, clothes washing machine, detergent, hair dryer, big small towels. disposal slipper, two mineral water.
they said there is a room cleaning on 3rd day stay. i stayed 5 nights, they told me need to pay 16000krw for cleaning service.

The hotel is located in a great location. It's near BIFF square, Jagalchi market, Bupyeong Kkangtong market and near the metro for easy travelling.
It's a no frills hotel which is good and bad
Good: New and clean hotel. No need for counter check-in, just head to your room directly with the given passcode (via email for foreigners). Luggage can be stowed in a designated room upon check out. You can make requests through a chatbot - staff without having to call or go to the front desk. Room has a washing machine 👍🏻👍🏻
Bad: Room is relatively small for 2 pax with big luggages. There is no room cleaning unless you're staying more than 3 nights and you have to request for it over the chatbot. No dryer or drying rack for washed clothes.
Overall would still recommend it.

Check in was very smooth and easy. The location is also superb. Conveniently located in the center of the BIFF square, CU Mart and 7-11. And the bus stop is just right in front of the stay. The accommodation is a very clean. Although its quite small but we took the bigger took the bigger room which can fit 2 big luggage. We just love everything about it. Will choose to stay here again if we happen to go back to Busan again.1
