Yanki Hotel

The place is beautiful, but absolutely unmanaged. No person at the reception. No room which we booked. It took over an hour and 6 phone calls to find out that room we booked won't be available. The internet doesn't work either. We called with a person who was just refering to someone else ("reservation") who could help us, but was not helping us. We booked a room for 4 persons with separate beds. We got room with 3 beds and 3 towels. They offered us other room but it would not open. When I asked about 4th towel they said at 21:00, that we could get it in 2-3hours. Totally out of control.

I chose this hotel based on the ratings and some reviews. However, my experience was terrible. I booked the hotel directly. I have been informed that the check in time will be 14:00. When I arrived at the hotel with my family, the lady who is the owner of the property, told me that the room is being prepared. I said ok and started to wait with my family at the reception. After an hour of waiting, around half an hour later than the check in time, I asked again if the room is ready as our baby needed care. The lady responded with an over-reaction in an angry mode because I asked again if the room is ready! Then I told her “ok, I asked because our baby needs care” but that did not help and she came back again and told me that she is not going to accept us to the hotel. After a bit of discussion, she said I had a bad affect on her mood!!! This was shocking and I have never seen anything like this at any property as a frequent traveller due to business. When I checked more reviews I have seen similar reviews on other websites about this offensive lady. Based on my experience, I recommend you not to take the risk to face with this lady!

I think this hotel has to be one of the best hotels in Osmanzgazi, Bursa. Big Comfortable rooms and beds and awesome helpful staff. Highly Recommended when u visit Bursa. Dont stay anywhere else but at Yanki Hotel. You will not regret it. My brother also loved it. Pics of our hotel room are attached. Our Best 2 nights stay here. Thanks all and keep up the good work

Very good rooms and service , great location, recommend to com this hotel if you need perfect place , the place near to all service you need in bursa and the way to Ulodag is start from here, they have a very nice trass and make to your information there is no elevator

Very friendly owner and personnel, always helpful. Hotel is very beautiful, everything made new few years ago. Close to Taxi station and smaller restaurants. Taxi to downtown about 5km and 50 Lira (in June 2023). Highly recommended 👌

Frankly we enjoyed our stay so very much. The hotel was very clean and quiet. It was located in a nice neighbourhood. The rooms were XL. Bathroom was sparkling . The staff was very helpful. They helped us organize our transport and night out. Ps: they all spoke english.

Very spacious room, clean and price is reasonable. Fridge, tea pot and hair dryer are ready to use . Front office and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Free street parking in front of the hotel. Highly Recommended.
