Courtyard Burlington

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The front desk was super helpful with directions and their recommendations were excellent. Dana was very friendly at the Bistro and made a killer Bistro Burger! Super clean and great service. Can't ask for much more.

Great Experience! The staff was so friendly and accommodating!The rooms and amenities were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bistro also had great food and I would recommend trying it if you come. Will definitely be back in the future!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am a Bonvoy platinum elite member and have stayed in countless Westin and Marriott properties for over 20 years in their loyalty programs. I left my room for vending machines at 11:00pm and when I returned to my room, the electronic door lock malfunctioned. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM THE ENTIRE NIGHT. THERE WERE NO MAINTENANCE OR MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL ON THE PREMISES. No one from the management or maintenance of this hotel was reachable the entire night. Only a night clerk with no master key was on duty at this sold out hotel. The only other vacant room at the hotel was also inaccessible due to its malfunctioning door lock. My car keys, phone, clothing and possessions were locked in my room until 7:00 am. I was basically stranded in the lobby of the Courtyard Burlington on a dark access road with nowhere to sleep and no access to my vehicle or possessions. There were no other rooms available in the hotel or within 30 miles. I spoke to a corporate Bonvoy “platinum elite” representative this morning and was told a case would be opened and that a whopping 3000 points would be credited to my loyalty account (not enough for a single night stay at any Bonvoy property). I paid over $300 per night for a 2 night stay as there were no points rooms available when I booked. AVOID THIS POORLY RUN PROPERTY!

Nice hotel and good location. Tonya was the best at the bar so we were able to enjoy good cocktails at the bar. It's nice to be able to enjoy a good drink down the hall from where you're crashing! Visit Tonya!

Mediocre hotel and service but one staff member stood out I stayed overnight here. At 10 PM, bunch of kids were running up and down the halls making noise. I even called the front desk and got no resolution. A teenage boy was working the front desk and was clueless. I had an EV and needed a charge. Even though the hotel has 4 charging stations in the back but no lights around it. When I asked the same front desk person about the charges, his answer was “I know nothing about them and the person who works it is only here in the morning, he is the maintenance man!” I was finally able to get help from the bartender named Tanya. She was very helpful, went with me outside to see why the charging stations were not working. This hotel can be great, if it is run by people who know what they are doing and are helpful.

Tonya, the bistro bartender was excellent and made great drinks and great conversation. She was very personable and was experienced in making mixed drinks. Prices were fair and hotel was great. Thank you

We have stayed here several times over the last four years and enjoy our stats here. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Safe. We were in room 325 and no complaints. Bar is nice. It is really close to Elon University. It is close to the highway and restaurants.

Well I must admit. I was pleasantly surprised when I encountered Dana at the front desk. Her patience, professionalism and positivity is the best. I travel often all over the US for work and use Hilton frequently, but I’m definitely going to give the Marriott a shot after meeting Dana. It’s so refreshing to experience this type of treatment especially after a long day of travel. Management, please take the time to express a mountain of accolades to this kind spirit you call an employee; she is what makes a business. Sincerely, Tremendously satisfied customer!

We stayed here for Elon Move In weekend and the staff were so welcoming. Balloons and banners decorated the lobby. Rooms were clean and adequate for a 2 night stay. We plan to book here again for future visits
