入住體驗不太好，工作人員服務還不錯，一直等到我們辦理入住，但是訂的高級海景房，分配的樓層太矮，沒有想象中的美麗海景，不知道是不是我們晚到的緣故？最不好的體驗是被子太臟了，幸好我們自帶了被套

I booked a room with air-conditioning, only to arrive and find out that the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, only the main living area. The bedrooms were extremely hot, making it difficult for us to sleep, especially with a young child. I felt very deceived at the time of booking as this was not specified in the advertising of this property on *******. If I had of known I would have booked else where. It definitely made the stay not pleasurable but rather extremely uncomfortable!!

Great location with amazing views, good facilities, helpful building manager but unfortunately our apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks and the bathrooms were full of mould.

We really enjoyed our two week stay here. We were on the 15th floor north facing end unit 58. Incredible view looking down towards Surfers Paradise. #58 is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, pots&pans, and all the bowls, utensils etc. There was a dishwasher also. This apartment is ideally located, Close to Coles and Woolworth Metro. Numerous bottle shops are also close by. You can walk from Burleigh Point Park right up to Surfers Paradise if you wanted. The beach is great all the way there. Swimming is great right out front with three life quart stations set up on the beach.

We got a premium ocean view apartment and im glad we did. It was a good size and seemed to have been renovated. It had everything we needed although compared to other places we stayed they didnt provide as much dish soap etc...so we are glad we bought the leftover packets with us from where we stayed previously because it would have been silly to have to buy everything for one week. Although the property itself, entrance , pool area etc could use an upgrade the pool area was perfect for the kids and really nice to swim in. It would have been nice if the people on the front desk had been friendlier, it did feel like they resented being asked simple questions but we didnt let it worry us.

No dishwasher. Unit had stale musty smell.
Blankets were not folded properly in cupboard (which meant they had not been cleaned.
Very basic accommodation. Would not want to stay in this unit again.
