客觀實際的評價：價格偏高，位置不錯，周圍吃飯的地方也多，房間比較大，早餐比較簡單，吃兩天就沒胃口了，出國的朋友注意了美國酒店幾乎不提供拖鞋，服務嘛一般吧

Staff was friendly. Room was a good size. We tried to get a couple extra pillows but were told no. The bed was extremely firm. The shower is ok if you’re 5 feet tall but my wife and I are both 6’1”. The breakfast was good, I always enjoy waffles. The short distance to universal studios was nice. It was very quiet and we never saw more than 2 other guests at breakfast. Overall it was ok, but overpriced

The staff was very welcoming, and held our luggage safely both pre and post check-in. Breakfast was hot food and very tasty. The parking is underground, very spacious and secure. There are several restaurants within 1-2 blocks. And our room was very quiet. It is an easy walk to Warner Brothers studio tour.

Big shout out to David and Andrew (Manager). I had a flat tire and both of them showed very high level of caring. They provided me with multiple suggestions and recommendations and Andrew even extended the checkout time by a few hours. Gentlemen, my thanks to you!!
Had a very pleasant stay of 2 nights and 1.5 days....very convenient location to Universal Studios, dining, Whole foods, Vons and many others. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall, very nice location and excellent staff!!

The bed was not at all a comfortable bed. The price did not live up to the room. Biggest issue. Someone clearly wiped themselves or pick up vomit with one of the larger towels. Instead of throwing it away, it was washed and put in my room. Very gross.

Central location with good restaurants nearby. Very nice staff and safe parking.
The only negative was the shower in our room.
It was almost impossible to switch water flow from the tub to the shower. The toggle switch was broken.

Besides that, I recommend the hotel and I will be back if I’m in the area again.
