The food is great and the bedding is clean. The hotel staff is alert and friendly. It is my pleasure to recommend anyone to Cresta Churchill. If you want a cosy, crisp and refreshing place to stay Cresta is an obvious choice.

Cresta Churchill is up there in terms of standards i would definitely go back again. I feel at home when I am there. The staff is always happy to assist and friendly. Their food is good and fresh and their rooms are clean.

Love the Churchill, have stayed there many times through the years & the staff always go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great location & quiet surroundings. Ok gym & pool on site for midnight rendezvous or chill down in the hot dry evenings of Matabeleland.

Cresta Churchill is located strategically in a quiet area where you can enjoy business meetings without fear of noise and disturbances from nearby areas. Sleeping here is bliss, the food is amazing. The wifi tripped a little when we were there but overally a good facility

Friendly staff and food was absolutely delicious Wifi was very good however the TV channels were restrictive and the picture quality was poor Would definitely recommend for business trips or even a short retreat

The place is very clean with warm water.Staff friendly , polite and prompt in attending problems.For example,it took only a few seconds after contacting the reception to get another card to use when my door card was not working .

My sleep during my stay was not good. There were movements that sounded like that of squirrels in the ceiling that gave me sleepless nights. I did report that during my stay but maybe it was too early to act on the matter. It is one of the issue that made not not enjoy my stay especially during the night when one would want to rest. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff during check in and all issues raised were efficiently attended to. The WhatsApp number is always active and they respond quickly to messages sent on WhatsApp. Excellent breakfast. Electricity backup is efficient in case of powercuts.

The service personnel are very helpful and ensure top customer satisfaction -The facilities and amenities povide a good relaxative ambience necessary after a long days hard work -Staff and Service personel are friendly and accomodative to a guests particular needs - The dining options are excellent and flexible when ordering
