Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

Location is nice, next to the golf course. Center of town is a walking distance. Our room was OK, but there is no plug next to all beds and the safety rail on our balcony almost fell off when we touched it. Hotel interior is nice. Food was OK. Staff was polite. Hotel is full of signs with English only, that is not OK in Hungary. Once a week they organize a party at the reception area with extremely loud music till 11 pm which is really disturbing for people wishing to sleep. I watched the cleaners in the restaurant cleaning the tables with cloth picked up from the floor and not replacing cutlery left on the table by previous guests. Same goes for the plastic sheets on the table, they are not changed or cleaned after each user …. even if they spit or cough on them. Hotel shall also guide certain guest towards safe behaviour by signs, food covers, even warnings when they simply cough on the food or touch the bread loaf with fingers after touching their wet nose. Bartender shall not touch ice or lemon by bare hand in these times either.

Preis Leistung sehr gut, SPA-Bereich sehr groß, alles sehr sauber, Sauna Bereich hervorragend, Personal freundlich, Essen sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Erwartungen eines 4 Stern Établissements nicht ganz erfüllt. Für Sparmassnahmen bei hohen Energie-Kosten hat man durchaus Verständnis. Leider spart dieses Hotel auf Kosten des Personals welches sehr knapp ist ( Beispiel: beim Dinner warteten wir 45min bis man etwas zu trinken bekamen, wir waren schon beim Dessert angekommen…Es gibt auch keine zumindest sichtbare Führung oder zumindest jemanden an welchen man sich wenden kann. Der Zustand des Golfplatzes ist unterirdisch und braucht dringend einige Investitionen, zB das Clubhaus…Ich hätte durchaus Verständnis gehabt wenn man mir mitgeteilt hätte es gibt mehr self-service wie beim Wasser etc aber das auf Kosten des im ganzen Hotel eher unzufrieden wirkenden Personals ( welche Überraschung!) ausszusitzen geht gar nicht. Da gibt es für das Geld in Ungarn deutlich besseres.

Der Aufenthalt war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk in einem Top-Hotel. Doch wir wurden von der Kundenfreundlichkeit enttäuscht. Und das für einen hohen Preis. Wir kamen früher im Hotel an, das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig und man konnte auch den Wellnessbereich noch nicht nutzen. Man hätte extra aufzahlen müssen. Eine Frechheit für den hohen Preis. Beim Check out gabs das gleiche Problem. Auch da musste man den Wellnessbereich sofort verlassen. Abzocke :-( Nie wieder :-(

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit Halbpension in dem Hotel und waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Frühstück und Abendessen. Es war sehr sparsam, unappetitlich, wenig Auswahl und einseitig, sowas haben wir in 4 Sterne Hotels noch nie gesehen. Enttäuschend 😞

Die Ruhe bei diesem Hotel und auf dem Golfplatz sind einfach super! Man fühlt sich absolut wohl Essen sehr gut, allerdings muss man fast alles aufwärmen lassen, da es kalt ist (Buffet) Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Am Abend könnte mehr Personal an der Bar sein, da man für jedes Getränk einen Bedienungsaufschlag bezahlen, sich jedoch das Getränk sehr oft an der Bar selbst holen muss, da das Personal sonst nicht um die Runden kommt! Ein absoluter Albtraum war die Pediküre und Maniküre! Konnte 2 Wochen nicht gehen, da das Nagelbett entzündet war-wenn ich ihr meinen Fuß nicht entrissen hätte, hätte die „Kosmetikerin“ munter weitergemacht! Meine Maniküre habe ich abgebrochen, da sie meine Nägel auf chaotische Weise mit einer elektrischen Metall-Kegelfeile behandelt hat, die man normalerweise für die Zehennägeln benutzt- meine Nägel sind auf Monate ruiniert - und ich spreche nicht von Kunstnägeln!! Sie wollte sie noch lackieren, was aber aussah, wie von einem 5 jährigen Kind fabriziert! Also Fazit: Hotel super-SPA eine Katastrophe!

Da alcuni anni mancavo da Bukfurdo, ci andavo spesso coi figli piccoli, ci sono tornato volentieri sapendo che era in corso una ristrutturazione. Rimane sempre un signor Hotel, Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, il bagno regge nonostante l'età, hanno sistemato la zona piscine con un soppalco con sdraio da relax che secondo me toglie quella nobile imponenza che aveva prima, purtroppo non ho visto una persona salirci, tranne il receptionista che controllava se qualcuno appunto salisse sulla nuova struttura. Ci avrei fatto una zona massaggi, visto che mia moglie non è riuscita a trovare un buco libero per farsi massaggiare. La cucina non eccelle, il buffet è stato rinnovato ma senza stupirmi, le vetrine sono molto economiche, storte e irregolari. Ottimo lo spazio per il gioco ricavato al piano di sotto. Nel complesso buono, l'acqua termale era meglio prima,alto il costo della camera. Non li vale.
