Premier Inn Bude

What can I say Chloe and Kate are amazing nothing is ever a problem for them they are welcoming and friendly the room we stayed in was beautiful clean and fresh love the premier bed so comfortable .The breakfast is amazing so much to choose from spoilt for choice the whole experience staying at bude premier inn was lovely and relaxing thanks guys till next time

From the time we entered the hotel till the time we left we were very impressed with everything from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the room and the chose at breakfast everything was spot on.We found Jon to be very professional about his job and very helpful about where to visiting sights to see,we will definatly be rebooting later in the year

Stayed here for business purposes beginning of the month and it was great. Stayed here before with family and it was just as good. I always ask for a room at the front as the view is much nicer than at the back. Great central location and some lovely staff again. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again.

I was a walk in for breakfast. I was served by a lovely young lady Connie who was very attentative and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. Offering me drinks and explained how breakfast worked. Her customer service skills were second to none. The chef Tony introduced himself and cooked me fresh food. The food itself was delicious and well prepared. Tony checked frequently that I was happy with the food. He is a credit to your team. I would highly recommend premier Inn breakfast.

We called in yesterfay for a breakfast in their restaurant. It was amazing value for money! Children eat free! There was fantastic choice and we all loved it. The staff were helpful and in particular Tony on the hot food section. He was a lovely man who couldn't do enough to help, and wanted everyone to enjoy it.

Lovely stay. Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The people above us were pretty noisy walking around early hours in the morning but this can't be helped. The breakfast in the morning was also tasty.

John and Tony absolutely stars of the premier inn Bude Both go that extra mile to make your stay perfect John is always very friendly and welcoming Tony does the best breakfast with nothing being too much terrible

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were going on some were else. The Inn was easy to get to, close to the town centre, car parks, beaches and shops. The rooms to the front of the Inn overlook the tidal River Neet with its footpath to the Bude Marshes with its wild life and bird hides.

The hotel location was good and carpark not too far away and not too expensive. The staff were ok, room could have been cleaner as sand was still on our bathroom floor and receptionist discouraged us from eating dinner in the hotel saying it’s a basic menu and they aren’t really set up for food, she recommended a terrible pub that was not family suitable and we felt v uncomfortable in so we left quickly and we went to the Olive Tree which was lovely! We booked for breakfast to be told we hadn’t and there were no seats, we said we had booked and they looked again and said well you only booked for two and there’s three of you, we said no we booked for three and we had watched the lady write three, he said well it looks like a two to me, he offered a horrible low small coffee table which we said no to as we had booked for three! Eventually he gave us a table but we felt v awkward. The chef with the long hair was sooo lovely and made us feel more welcome, he also cooked breakfast to perfection!
