We were happy with our room, but the way we were treated when we checked out was disgraceful. We had reserved 4 nights, March 11 - 15, but our circumstances changed on the morning of March 14 so we asked the clerk if we could check out then and was told we could. We immediately packed and turned in our key cards. The clerk said he was not authorized to take off charges for that night, but the general manager would be in at 1:00 pm and could take care of it then. I came back after 1:00 pm and was then told by the same clerk that the general manager would not credit our last night because we had not given 24 hour notice. I asked to speak with the general manager. She never came out to speak with me and instead sent another employee out to say that there would be no credit. I was not provided with a statement for our stay. On March 15 I received an email statement that stated we were checked out on March 15 by Agarci. This is not true since we checked out on March 14. FYI - While waiting at the desk, I heard the clerk tell a customer that they were completely booked and had no available rooms. They could have rented the room we checked out of, authorized a credit to us, and not been out any money whatsoever. We will not stay at this or any other Choice hotel, nor recommend them, due to the discourteous and unprofessional behavior of the general manager.
