The local area is filthy with rubbish piled in the streets, although the flat was clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable but duvet a bit thin for a winter stay. Very small pillows and towels. The heater is noisy when on but heated the room ok. On arrival, we found an issue with the curtains. Only one was up and even that was hanging off, so this affected sleep quality. We kept reporting it (5 times) and eventually told that our issue had been assesssed as too complex to deal with!!! Service is poor and impersonal. Mostly done through an App or WhatsApp. Door codes sometimes needed to be entered 4 or 5 times before it worked. People arriving after 6pm seemed to have issues finding room keys as instructions weren't clear. I wouldn't stay here again. Not recommended.

This hotel has seen its best days, but close to city center. But there was a lot of problems for us with this stay. When we booked it said that it would be one room with a big bed, another room with 2 single beds and a bed sofa in the living room. But the room just had 2 queen size beds and bed sofa. Being three friends staying here it wasn't optimal. But this ain't all, TV had not channels so couldn't use the tv. A mirror in the bathroom was loose so it was in the way and crane in the toilet was loose. The room came with a big terrass (was at top floor), but there was no furniture out there so couldn't really be used in a good way. We reported it all to the front desk and promised us to get extra blankets and furniture for the terrass. But nothing happened. Also messaged them a lot but at the end they just stopped replying. So my conclusion about this place is good location but a lot of issues with the place and no support at all from the staff at the hotel. I would suggest booking another place. Could also add that we weren't the only guests having things broken in the room.

Advertised as free wifi and tv use. On arrival neither worked and did not work for entire week long stay. Had to spend a fortune on mobile data instead. We had someone (we believe one of the cleaners) open our room door and leave it wide open whilst we were out. We had not paid for a cleaning service during our stay so no one should have been going in our room at all. Door was left wide open with all our belongings on show for anyone to come in and take. Staff not helpful with issues raised. Since leaving I have tried to contact the hotel in multiple platforms (*********** chat function, email, whatsapp number provided at hotel for raising issues) and have had no response on any of these.

The apar**ent itself is large, clean, modern and well situated within easy walking distance of Brussels midi station and a short enough walk to Grand Place. I personally found the beds uncomfortable but the prison mattress and pillows will suit some people. My only real complaints are the hair drier which works for 20 seconds every five minutes and the lack of towels. We were provided with 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people for 5 days. When I asked reception for more, they acknowledged that that wasn’t enough but still charged 5 euros to have some more delivered to apar**ent the following day. This had to paid by credit card (not debit card or cash) for reasons unexplained. So if you like a firm mattress and you take your own hair drier and towels, you’ll probably be fine.

I have stayed at this hotel before and everything was great. I booked a room for two weeks from now and prepaid. Two days I got an email from the hotel simply stating "Hotel Closed." I have emailed numerous times, with no response. I hope I can get my money back. Really poor communication from this hotel. Avoid.

Mon avis sur cet hôtel ? C'est du pur n'importe quoi. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h, et vu l'heure, l'accueil était fermé. Ils ont laissé la carte pour entrer dans le bâtiment dans un coffre juste à l'entrée, jusque là, tout allait bien. Nous avons ouvert le coffre avec le code envoyé par mail, etc., tout se passait bien. Ensuite, c'était un vrai calvaire. La porte entre le sas et l'entrée principale ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes restés 2h dehors, la carte pour accéder à la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, c'était horrible, pire que dans les films d'horreur. Nous avons donc appelé un numéro d'urgence et enfin quelqu'un est venu nous secourir. Je pense que la personne s'était trompée de carte de chambre, le personnel était incompétent, plus jamais je ne ferais cette erreur. Cet établissement ne mérite pas une étoile, le service était catastrophique. Et attention, ne vous fiez pas aux photos en ligne, sur place, c'était autre chose. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, dans tout le bâtiment, nous étions au moins 4 personnes à rester dehors comme des malades.

Pas de réponse aux emails en amont de la réservation. Vaisselle incomplète. Impossible d'obtenir nos petites serviettes malgré nos réclamations. Un rideau se décroche. La porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas. Télévision hs. Bagagerie aux horaires très limités (16h-17h). La porte de l'appartement isole insuffisamment du bruit des parties communes. Chambre sur rue bruyante. Environnement triste et sale. Mieux vaut aller dans un meilleur quartier. Seuls points positifs : proximité de la gare de Bruxelles midi et appartement spacieux. Je n'y retournerai jamais.

A fuir je suis arrivé à l’hôtel le lundi 19/02 Par malchance j’ai oublié mon portefeuille dans mon appartement fermé sans possibilité de rentrée. Je précise que je n’ai pas pris d’assistance femme de ménage. A ma grande surprise le mardi quand j’ai oublié mes effets personnel en rentrant le soir je me suis rendu compte qu’un employé c’est introduit dans mon appartement sans ma présence étant sortie et m’a volé 70€ dans mon portefeuille. L’hôtel après des demandes de visionnage a fait le moins possible pour résoudre le problème. Et ne veulent pas rembourser le vol de leurs employé C’est scandaleux De plus la réception toujours fermée Alertes incendie toute la semaine sans raison ascenseur en panne de temps en temps plus les intrusions dans les chambres je trouve ça très limite.

Pour donner suite à notre séjour en dates du 19 au 23 septembre derniers, nous vous faisons part des points suivants. A notre arrivée alors que la réception était fermée, nous n’avions en notre possession que le code permettant d’ouvrir la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel. Pendant que nous tentions de joindre votre hotline, nous nous sommes finalement retrouvés à 5 clients dans le même cas de figure c’est-à-dire sans codes propres à nos chambres respectives. Il aura fallu pas moins de 40mn pour que ce 1er problème soit résolu. Précision étant faire que nous n’avons jamais reçu le code avant notre arrivée et que personne n’a pu nous apporter la preuve indiquant le contraire. Nous finissons donc par prendre possession des lieux et quelle ne fût pas notre déconvenue en découvrant l’état de la chambre. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur les photos ci-jointes, tout un pan de de mur était tellement humide que la peinture s’en décollait. Nous avions choisi votre hôtel notamment parce que nous ne souhaitions pas aller au restaurant tous les jours seulement voilà, plaque de cuisson hors service et cassée. TV et internet eux aussi hors service, salle de bain à l’hygiène douteuse, il est l’heure d’aller se reposer. Quelques minutes plus tard ce sera l’alarme incendie qui retentira. Tous les clients de l’hôtel sur le trottoir, personne ne sait si nous devons pendre cette alerte au sérieux ou s’il s’agit d’un dysfonctionnement. Lendemain matin, direction la réception pour annoncer ce qui vient d’être décrit. Pour l’alarme il y’aurait eu une personne du staff qui aurait géré mais voilà, personne n’est jamais venu nous dire que faire et nous remettons donc en question cette explication. Il y’a clairement eu la aussi une défaillance majeure de votre part puisqu’on parle là de questions de sécurité. Pour l’état de la chambre, le staff a estimé que le mur décrépit n’avait aucun impact sur la qualité de notre séjour. Quant à la plaque chauffante et malgré qu’on nous ait dit qu’elle était à présent fonctionnelle, force est de constater que ce n’était pas le cas : énième mensonge ? QUE LES CHOSES SOIENT BIEN CLAIRES, NOUS AVONS PAYE PLUS DE 100 EUROS PAR NUIT ET IL TOTALLEMENT INNACCEPTABLE DE S’ENTENDRE DIRE QUE TOUT CA EST NORMAL. Ni la défaillance de la plaque de cuisson ni la peinture ne s’était écaillée la veille de notre venue. Cela signifie clairement que vous étiez au courant de l’état de la chambre et que malgré cela vous l’avez louée. Il s’agit d’un manque de respect et de professionnalisme évidents. Nous avons dû insister lourdement pour avoir une autre chambre, ce qui sera fait au 3ème jour. Dès lors cela sous-entend que nous n’avons pas séjourné dans des conditions normales pendant les 2 premières nuits. Nous vous demandons donc le remboursement intégral de ces 2 nuits ainsi qu’un dédommagement pour les repas pris en dehors de l’hôtel. AUCUNE REPONSE DONNEE A CE JOUR NI PAR L'HOTEL NI PAR BOOKING
