We have just returned from three nights in Bruge. We had a lovely time exploring what is a beautiful city. We would highly recommend the Maison le Dragon. Emmanuel looked after us from arrival to departure and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival Emmanuel spent time orientating us on Bruge, provided a map and suggestions on where to visit and eat out and taking time to answer all of our questions (even the silly ones 😀) before showing us our room. The Guesthouse is lovely, spotlessly clean with rooms filled with history, art and charm and is in the perfect location so close to all the sights. The breakfast (cooked by Maka) was superb with lots of choice and we left each morning full and content and excited about the day ahead. Everything was provided and overall we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would love to travel back to Bruge in the future and if so would choose to stay again at the Maison le Dragon and we will be recommending it to all our family and friends.

The property is located at q quiet portion of the street and yet so close to the square and market place. It is clean and the operator's courteous service and attention to details is second to none.

This guesthouse is really a treasure; All public room are beautifully furnished and the room was lovely. Breakfast was served with love. We were so pleased to have an opportunity to stay in Maison le Dragon during our visit to Bruges.

We arrived via car and used the secure parking facility, which made things really simple. Guesthouse Maison le Dragon is a wonderful place. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners runs throughout the Guesthouse. Breakfast was a sumptuous affair with coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, cheese, freshly made scrambled eggs and delicious chocolate. We had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel and his Father - in addition to enjoyable conversation regarding shared interests, Emmanuel gave us several recommendations of places to explore within Bruges that made the trip even more special. We are always excited to return!

If I could of given this a 6 star then it would be there! This amazing guesthouse is in the centre of Bruges tucked down a side road but very quiet and tranquil. The rooms are beautifully appointed and individually decorated. The bathroom has a separate shower with a jacuzzi bath and a separate toilet. There is a mini bar, toiletries, hairdryer and air conditioning. The pictures do not do the place justice. Emmanuel and Meke were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Emmanuel recommend two great restaurants (restaurant Christop and Brassiere Raymond) both of which were really good. The breakfast was a feast -tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, breads, cheese, pastries, cooked breakfast if you could fit it in after all of the above and lastly Belgium chocolates! Amazing. An added bonus is there is secure parking at €20 per day. We are definitely going back to savour the delights of this super guesthouse and the beautiful city and it’s friendly people.

What a pleasant surprise this was. Above and beyond our expectations. Emmanuel, the proprietor, is so very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. The breakfasts are heavenly. Will definitely return next year.

Amazing stay at this amazingly well restored and rennovated B&B. The owner's have paid attention to detail, spoil you at breakfast, and want you to make memories in Bruges and at their home. Staying here was a highlight of our 67-day journey throughout Europe. Book without hesitation.

A stay at Guesthouse Maison le Dragon is absolutely a 5 star experience! Starting with the warm welcome and orientation by Emmanuel over excellent coffee, the service is exceptional. The property is both historic and functional, with attention to detail throughout. It is rare to feel spoiled and at home at the same time but we did, enjoying the luxurious inside spaces and the back patio every day. Best breakfasts we had on our trip. Very comfortable bed and updated large bath with great shower, did not try the jacuzzi tub but looked brand new. Kudos and thank you to Emmanuel and family for your care of the property and for sharing this special place with us, it was a highlight of our trip.
