Reservamos dois quartos duplos iguais, pois éramos um grupo de 4 pessoas. Acontece que os quartos que nos deram eram completamente diferentes. Um deles é muito pequeno, mal podíamos entrar com as duas malas, não tinha nenhuma janela, nem no banheiro, fedia a mofo e ácaros e o banheiro não tinha chuveiro, apenas uma banheira, o que era um problema porque os hóspedes eram duas idosas. Imediatamente solicitamos a alteração do quarto para outro igual ao primeiro, mas o funcionário do hotel não autorizou e disse que somente nos mudaria de quarto se pagássemos uma quantia de 400 Euros a mais. Como não tinha condições de ficar no quarto que nos deram, fomos obrigada a desembolsar 400 Euros, acreditando que no final tudo seria resolvido pelo atendimento ao cliente, mas não foi. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL, o hóspede não tem a menor segurança se será colocado em um quarto digno. UM ABSURDO! Foi o pior quarto de hotel que já vimos na vida! FUJAM DESSA ACOMODAÇÃO. We immediately requested to change the room to one similar to the first, but the hotel employee did not authorize it and said that he would only change our room if we paid 400 Euros more. As we were unable to stay in the room they gave us, we were forced to pay 400 Euros, believing that in the end everything would be resolved by customer service, but it wasn't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, the guest has no certainty as to whether they will be placed in a decent room. AN ABSURD! It was the worst hotel room we have ever seen in our lives! RUN AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION.
