We tried to check in to our room after midnight. We were given a smoking room that was disgusting. One of the beds had hairs all in it and stains. There was trash left under the chair. We requested to move rooms, to see if there was a nonsmoking room. We were told there were no remaining rooms left, so we left but were told that I need to speak with the manager (Neely) in the morning for a refund/cancellation. When I called, Neely refused to speak with me and instead I spoke with Nil. Nil told me that the room was clean and refused to admit there was any issue. Nil refuses to refund us any of our money or make it right in anyway. I would NOT recommend this hotel or this service.

Had been driving a long while and needed a place to sleep. Stopped here. They did have availability, but we asked for no smoking and was told she could not guarantee the room didn't smell like smoke because some people smoke anyway. We understood and asked if we could see the room before we paid for it to see if it smelled of smoke. Was told we could not see the room beforehand. Nor could we get a refund if we didn't like it. We left and found a different place to stay.

No real perks for this location. I wouldn't even call it a continental breakfast as there was not much offered. The rate for a pet friendly room was $186.00 due to it having double beds because that was all they had. Vending machine took money but didn't dispurse anything and only gave back $.50 out of $2.00

Check in had sub average attendant who was professional but very apathetic and not interested in questions. Did not write wifi or room # on card. Room 115 was average size and all things working such as fridge, shower, toilet. Beds were mixed as one was ok and one was overused and caved in and lumpy pillows. I slept fine but travel partner did not. Coffee only had one regular and one decaf which was opened. Two double beds should be provisioned for two people. Period. Tried to call office to get more and phone just rang and rang. Worst part of room was clear mold on ceiling in main room see photos. It was very obvious and inexcusable. This room was not cheap and should have had more attention to detail. Otherwise room was clean and in working order. Breakfast was average and they had some bananas, waffles, yogurt, coffee and juice. Eating area was nice. There was no public toilet in the lobby. No place decent to eat nearby just McD and KFC. Would not stay there again in a room with so much Mold. Get rid of the mold, fix some details and I would come back.

Worst hotel that I ever stayed at. Not clean. Staff unfriendly and lazy. Do not stay here, there’s a Fairfield Inn a couple miles south on route 40. The only plus was, the checkout was fast. Couldn’t wait to leave.

filthy room. Dirty bathtub, dirty light switches, black dirty buttons on microwave, had to hold handle down to flush toilet. Blood like stains on window sill and a/c unit. Room 212 appeared to be reserved for the homeless! Manager entered our room while we weren't there.

Room was not clean at all had an empty Jack Daniel's bottle in there AC didn't work very good nor did the TV. The only nice thing about it is it's in a little secluded location where it is very quiet.

We didn’t get bed bugs but would not stay again. Bed was clean. Carpet and tub were stained. Smelled like smoke. There was a big gap under the front door enough to let an inch of light in and likely where smoke smell was drifting in from.

Dog friendly stop halfway on our journey reasonably priced and clean especially with gas prices as they are. Feel safer here than in Memphis. Very comfortable (soft) bed. We did miss the breakfast. No signage or advisement by clerk as to the schedule.
