Best Western Brooklyn Center Hotel Conference Center

Lobby area is dull, its a dead no life area. No fridge or microwave in the room while it was mentioned in the booking site that all rooms are equipped with fridges. Breakfast was terrible, no food variety. Internet was cutting off so much. TV channels were fuzzy. Room Heater was noisy. Hotel guests were noisy. Receptionist did not explain or inform us of any hotel facilities or breakfast availability and timing.

I had a great experience at Best western Brooklyn Center Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The location is convenient, close to local attractions. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

Wow such a beautiful property inside but horrible staff thank you to Tyrin and the nice housekeeping lady they made our stay so much better but the assistant manager starts with an H and other lady starts with a V (or vice versa, they weren’t wearing Name tags) at the front desk were extremely rude and had no customer service they should not be in hospitality at all they didn’t care about your concerns or if you were enjoying your stay, then when it was time for bed my sheets were full of hair and rocks/dirt and when I asked for new sheets the new comforter that they brought had coffee spilled on it and they didn’t care! Gross will never come back!

The service at this hotel was great it was great above exceptional. The quality of bed for a good night sleep was unmentionable. It was so comfortable my wife even have to look under what type of bed the hotel was using. New bed LOL.

Recently spent three weeks here while I attended training sessions for work. Has everything you could ask for; pool, fitness room, outdoor nature trail, a wonderful restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very upscale and always immaculately clean. Located near many local attractions, yet in a very quiet setting. I do not travel to the Twin Cities very often outside of work, but I am already planning a mini-vacation and am sure to stay at Rise.

I stayed here twice, right before Hilton divested this property (a DoubleTree) at the end of August. The hotel has a tired look to it - the rooms and restaurant need major upgrades, and the elevators didn't function at times. Hopefully, the new ownership will sink a few bucks to upgrade this property. I wasn't even up to Hilton's standards, which aren't always the highest.

It’s f*d up here. Gave us the wrong room at first. The second room was worse than the first. Like really? Don’t ever f*ing go here unless you need something cheap and quick. They will not help you! They actually don’t know what the hell they’re doing!

This place should be shut down. All the pictures are very misleading. The place appears to have become a homeless shelter. The front desk was taped together, all the trees where dead coming up to the property, there were broken down cars in the parking lot and cars with flat tires, there was graffiti in the elevator, the place smelled of Indian food, there were stains everywhere on the rooms carpet, chair and on the mattresses. The pool was empty and out of order, there was no cable or remote for television in the room, the restaurant was no longer in use, the gym was closed, the lobby bathrooms were out of order, the floors ice machine was disconnected and water was all over the floor with rust. DO NOT take a family here. DO NOT fall for the misleading pictures. It appears it is a clean nice place with things to do here. Not the case at all.
