Lovely hotel in a very nice location - excellent views from the hotel and the terrace overlooking the Avon. Easy to explore Bristol and Clifton, both lovely.

We had a great view of the gorge. Superb bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and we had supper in the restaurant Saturday night, which was excellent. Lovely local area of Clifton and close to the suspension bridge. Highly recommend this hotel, friendly staff, and we hope to be back.

Enjoyed the hotel, restaurant is nice and so was breakfast. Soundproofing to rooms is awful, we had a inconsiderate noisy couple talking and playing music til late and we heard everything

Fabulous location overlooking the Clifton Suspension bridge. Helpful, efficient staff. Comfortable room with all amenities needed. Good quality food in the restaurant but a touch expensive for food and wines

Overall very pleased - breakfast and restaurant service was excellent. We paid extra for the view window but it was very small and pretty grimy with cobwebs!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. We were there to see our children and had dinner which was very pleasant with magnificent views.
The service was mixed, in places excellent and less so in others. Attention needs to be placed at the bar.
Want to call out the maintenance guy who fixed a light in our room. He could not have been more helpful.

An excellent stay - we requested an upgrade on arrival for a small extra charge and received complimentary canapes and a cocktail drink. The room was spacious and clean, and overlooked the Avon Gorge and the Clifton suspension bridge. It had all the facilities that we would normally expect and the king bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was plentiful and tasty
