Bedsheet was covered in stains and had hair on it Carpet hadn't been hoovered for days - random bits all over and clumps of blonde hair everywhere, as well as a wrapper of some sort! Sink covered in squirts of pink soap, hair in sink and towel damp and scrunched as if it had been used. I was definitely not staying here so confronted the owner who checked the room, apologised and said 'normally the cleaners are very good'. I asked for a refund - which she confirmed straight to my face would be processed in full - and I left the premises to stay at Hilton Garden Inn. After going back and forward with *********** for the last week, the guesthouse is denying everything and refusing to provide me my refund. Absolutely disgusting service as well as a disgusting guesthouse! Never in my life have I requested a refund for a hotel/b&b, never mind left the property as it was so unclean and in no habitable state! Don't be fooled by the "vulnerable" act this old lady puts on. Do **NOT** stay here. Absolutely shocking!
