From check in to check out the whole stay was terrible. No professional employees available, no prior notice of the Spa facilities being closed on the day of arrival. COULD not use facilities until the following morning.
The facilities are not even mediocre.
No adult only sessions at all.
The pool and poolside is unclean and a hazardous due to tiles being loose, missing, sharp edges on bottom of jacuzzi which was old, moldy, not all jets work. The steam room is just a bit of mist and mosaic badly laid broom cupboard. The pool side was not a place to relax.
The children were given the run of the place. In the jacuzzi and in and out of steam room. Despite with adult the rules were ignored and not enforced. Didn't go in changing room as the guest with their families and friends were overrun with kids and noisy kids messing around.
Our room was not awful but could be a lot better if updated. The view of the construction work was delightful and a very bad messy scaffolding jungle. NOT INFORMED OF THE BUILDING WORK either..
The only person who gave a little help was supposed to refund our £12 parking fee. NOT HAPPENED YET.
£220 WAS PAID AND IT SHOULD BE REFUNDED OUT OF GOODWILL. I AM GOING TO BE COMPLETING THE RELEVANT STEP TO INVOLVE THE COMPANY DIRECTORD AND THE Hilton Brand. I've stayed at several of the hotels and can't see us returning again...Not a good way to be treated as Hampton Honour VIP holders.
Go to a different hotel and get a better experience. Bad as bad can get
