The lobby smelt clean however our room and floor level smelt terribly of garbage. These are self serviced apartments so don’t expect to have your room cleaned daily! Or new clean towels or your bed made. A very aged hotel and the room had little natural light. For the price they really should be able to get a steam cleaner out and replace some things. Pile of dust & mould in the bedroom, fry pan unusable, bin was not empty on arrival, very old wool blankets on the bed which included a cigarette burn hole! The rooms are mostly clean however the carpet was grotty with several large stains. One-bedroom apartment with an extra small room is definitely useless. Car park fee $35 per night is costly.

Due to to being fully booked we may have got an older room. Was fairly dated and cupboards had missing veneer. Both sofa's had had crumbs and white debris all over them, had to brush it off before use.
The rest of the hotel was extremely modern and staff were very friendly. Would stay again in newer rooms.

The unit we rented was independently owned but the carpet was so grubby and stained that the occupants were uncomfortable. There was a table placed over a huge stain, a table was damaged - the wood was separating as if it had been water damaged. The unit itself was clean but the condition of the floor and damage to the furniture spoiled the occupants time there. The communication from the staff was good however they were fully booked so could not move to another apartment. This was a gift for one of our staff members who has been going through a tough time and disappointing to know they had this issue during their stay.

We stayed for our wedding night & the lovely staff left us a sweet note & some petals on the bed. Great location & even though the room is a bit dated, it was clean. Will happily stay here again.

I booked three rooms for over the weekend, 1 of the rooms were lovely and had a car space with it which was very convenient as we were travelling in a group. The two other rooms were dark little boxes with little light and ventilation and were over priced for what they were and we had no parking spaces for these two rooms or our cars which then led to us driving around in peak hour looking for parking in an unfamiliar city. Adding more cost to our stay and had us running late to the event we were there for.
We will not be staying again.

Carpets in rooms always require shampo clean. Reception service is awsome, Friendly and polite and prompt. In room some Laundry towel was placed in washing machine. Unsure how long it has been sitting in there but offenive smell . Otherwise i love the position of where Mantra is and i love the greeting you recieve at reception and i love the balcony ...
