This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay in Brisbane city center! The room was huge (apartment style) and fits until 4 people (the sofa bed was queen sized). The view was wonderful and BEST location with that price. Next to the hotel was convenience stores, and near Queenstreet mall as well.
The heater didn't work at the first night, while the weather was 12°C. But the next day it worked, just not warm enough for us asians 😅, still 24-25°C. Good enough.
Breakfast was great, but we expected it to be a buffet breakfast, turned out it was a la carte style.
The staff were very kind to let me and my elderly parents check in early at around 12 PM, after 4 hours standing at the airport due to some problems.
Overall, very nice experience.

地點十分理想，由機場去酒店坐airtrain，去到central station落車，行過去十分鐘左右就到。而由酒店步行幾分鐘就是Queen street Mall。食買玩都好方便。唯一花曬不是活動式，水力不夠。

地理位置很不錯，客房服務也是隨叫隨到，就是房間設施比較老，洗衣機也很老，第一天晚上，甚至淋浴間熱水都是問題。酒店WIFI網速也是衹有512k。本質上就是老式的公寓式酒店房間。

詩鉑公寓的位置非常好，離皇後街步行兩個路口，屬於最中心的地段了，衹是路口正在造地鐵，晚上的噪音持續到凌晨一點。一室户房間很小，也沒有廚房設施，特別是衞生間更小，床是二個小床拼的，整個衞生還是不錯的。設施屬於比較簡單陳舊的，但房間還是蠻整潔的。服務人員態度不錯，沒碰到會説中文的服務員。

Rooms booked were damp and musky, and had a bad smell.
Washing machine broke and my clothes were stuck in there. Made arrangements with management for them to post my clothes back once they sorted it out - then never heard back.

Hotel rooms are very dated and need a good clean. Sometimes our sheets had stains. The cleaning isnt great and there are a few problems with the layout of the room e.g the plates in the kitchen were kept in the same cupboard as the bin. The location was great and staff were great. I just wouldnt stay here again until the rooms were refurbished and cleaning improved.
