On top of providing poor accommodation, no services and rude interaction, they will take money from your credit card if you give them a bad review. They will threaten you, pretend you blackmailed them and *********** won't be able to do anything for you. Weekend wasted. Money lost.

This is a mixed review. The apartment is in a good location, the bed comfy and the hot tub looks exactly like in the pics. However, the host comes across as helpful but his messages are very passive-aggressive - especially regarding the ‘rules’. No eating or drinking anything but their paid for items in the room or face a €150 fine!!! And don’t think about using the mini fridge - that’s not allowed either. Also I don’t believe they use the correct spa chemicals to keep the hot tub clean. By our second day the water was yellow and there was dirt/scum in the hot tub. Cue many What’s App messages from the owner accusing us of not showering and weeing in it but offering to change water for free - €50 next time. Tone was very unpleasant including testing for urine in the morning! . We told him we wouldn’t use the spa for our remaining days as there was no way we could prove our cleanliness. 2 days later with no use the hot tub was slightly yellow with a dirty film all over it proving they don’t clean it correctly. See photos. I guess just be careful. For one night great, for more than one I wouldn’t recommend. Level of anxiety of breaking a rule and being charged is too great.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect for exploring the city. We had great recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with the local garage location so we could park our car. The local staff was so friendly and helpful.

What a great suite. We stayed here as our flights had been changed at the last minute and we needed a one night overnight stay before onward travel. The owner was SO helpful with the detailed video directions and access information and the suite was perfect for what we wanted for 7 of us.

Had a fantastic stay at the Penthouse Station Luxury Suites & Apartment. Location was perfect and nothing was too much for the host, he was brilliant! The whole experience was made easier with having a super attentive host. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Franchesco went out of his way to make sure we got there and parked safely and had everything we needed. Gina was lovely on reception too. We had a good size swimming pool in one room and a lovely bedroom and bathroom in another. Air conditioning was great. Terrace was lovely and we sat and had our coffee on it in the morning and wine at night. Its next to the station so convenient for everything

Ho soggiornato 2 noti in questa struttura e mi sono trovato molto bene, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza in cui son stato è molto carina e ampia. Parcheggio privato molto comodo e vicino all'appartamento.
