City Heart Brighton

The hosts were very responsive and provided brilliant information with regards to location and check in. The studio was bigger than it looked in the pictures and very, very clean. Nothing was too much for them. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a decent little apar**ent in the heart of Brighton. The location is near to everything and the place was spotless. The only thing I would flag is it is quite noisy at night as it is in a main area for bars/restaurants etc. But apart from that it was great.

Had a great stay, in a fantastic location. Only issue I had was the noise from the street till the early hours but can hardly fault the property for that one.

The room is perfectly situated in the centre of town. left is the sea side in a straight line walk of about 2 minutes. Loads of shops, restaurants, bars, all around. Perfect for Location. Room is lovely and spot on for one to two people. I didn't use the kitchen but can see it has all the required stuff. The only issue that I had (and its on other reviews) was the outside noise at night. Human noise pollution and vans etc - just a note take something to block the noise. I'd stay again too but I didn't sleep well. Also found out that its is freshers week!

Loved the location, perfect for our needs although is noisy on the weekends but we expected that and it’s no bother to us. Size of space was good, had everything we needed. It was a scorching weekend and so the apar**ent was super hot even with the windows wide open. A fan would’ve been handy. Bed was way too soft and it killed my back but that’s just my personal experience. Narrow steep staircase to walk up to room door - no bother for us but just as an FYI for others. We ate at Love India a few doors down 10/10 We also locked ourselves out of the apar**ent and we contacted the host who very quickly responded and it was resolved very quickly on a Sunday morning - thank you!

The location was great for access to nearby attractions. The studio was well set out and comfortable. In the main, everything that was needed for a few days in Brighton were available. Communication with hosts was fine.

Very clean and tidy, centrally located just bear in mind the steep tight stairs to the apar**ent

Overall a good stay. If you are looking for somewhere to just flop after a day wandering around seeing the many things Brighton has to see, it's great for what you pay. There's a nice colelction of different shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom too - so if you forget to bring your own, like we did, then you should be able to find something that suits you better than those godawful hotel shampoos. The chairs are very comfy and the kicthen would definitely be suitable for a short stay if you wanted to skip on eating out (there's several supermarkets less than 10mins walk away). There are a few issues that could be improved upon though: The crockery wasn't entirely clean for one, neither was the top of the microwave but I can write that off a small slip up. The staircase is narrow with quite small steps and the road outside gets very noisy at night so light sleepers be aware - but that's hardly the owners fault. More significantly however: the shower leaks in a few places so the floor is obviously water damaged which I expect will get worse with time. But the most significant issue is the inetrnet: it's atrocious 2005 era potato internet that is clearly a single connection for all the flats and likely has a few locals leeching off it too. We tried to stream stuff in the evening but it was hopeless with constant stuttering. The room has netflix but that wasn't any use for us. Still, it's mostly clean, well located and comfortable - worth staying if you're on a budget.

Fantastic studio. Second flight of stairs are tight for large suitcases and location is noisy at night. Very central, clean modern. Great communication and easy check in.
