It is very difficult to park and it is loud during the weekends and holidays. But the location is good.

Says it has parking, but only has very limited parking available. They are definitely misleading you, because I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if it didn’t have a parking spot.
Oh and when they do have parking spots available then they charge you 25£ to use it. I had to park in some sleazy parking lot which charged me 32£ and walk a distance to this hotel. Nothing was spectacular or nice here, was a bit of a dive actually, definitely not worth 200£ for the night!!!

I visit Brighton every 3 months and I always stay at the old ship hotel as l love every part of my stay the hotel has character charm .the staff are lovely and helpful right across the road from the beach and sea 3 minutes to the pier, super comfy beds always a restful visit thank you so much.

Had a lovely 2 day break in February very friendly and welcoming staff was upgraded for no reason which was great and given complimentary drinks when finding out it was my partner’s birthday so nice indeed

Easy to find right on seafront, hard to park nearby but for £25 per night you can pre book to have your car in the hotels garage down the side of building behind locked shutters.
Looked up hotel prior and was excited to use the outdoor terrace, see live music but neither of these were there - must be a summer only thing? :(
Still, Loved the general feel, spaces, bar etc
Fantastic desk staff very attentive and efficient.
Sent a message explaining it was partners birthday if anyone could help make a gesture or something as some places do - sadly didnt get a reply.
The Room wasn't like the photos which showed bigger room for the booking i made and paid for, so it was a little disappointing to find it was small but it was pleasant enough and spotless !
The bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately both myself and my partner burnt our shoulder/arm on the radiator in the bathroom as it's awkwardly placed I guess and narrow in there?
Overall we were comfortable and happy, we only stayed one night so didn't get to
Look around the building much but very happy with the ground floor facilities and location is fab
