Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good.."

"We arrived 1pm at the hotel and the reception told us to come back after 2 hrs. However, she suddenly told us there is a room available and gave us the room key immediately hence we were able to check in earlier and rest ealier at our room. "The hotel reception staff explained the hotel to us in fluent English, so we had no complaints about the service. The hotel does have an elevator, but it's old-fashioned and somewhat scary (because it doesn't have automatic doors on the inside). Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Given the unusually hot summers caused by global warming, they should consider installing one. In fact, the day we stayed, the daytime high reached 34°C (we were looking for coolness on our summer trip to Switzerland!), so we had to go outside to kill time."
