Clean, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. No support, woke up 4 times through out the night with neck pain.

We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left

Cleaning staff left carts and bins in odd places blocking hallway.
Very few gluten free choices. Most hotels offer Cheerios at least. At least they had oa**eal… oh, no microwave to make it! Weird.

Quiet, clean, comfortable & convenient to downtown. Also, short drive to Pretty Place Chapel and Whitewater Falls, which was the reason for our stopover in Brevard.

Traveled to Brevard to visit my daughters at college. This hotel was wonderful. Great location that is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Brevard or the surrounding area...

Came back to my room after the 1st day to fine that the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed made. Had to call down to get clean towels and received no offer to send some to clean up.
The next night i had to climb down 3 flights of stairs and stand outside in 40 degree weather with nothing but a T-Shirt and shorts because one of the employees decided to cook a meal in on of the rooms which set off the fire alarm.
Again no offer from management to make up for the massive inconvenience.
On the 3rd morning i went for breakfast at 9 AM only to find some stale bread available. No eggs, no sausage, not even a bagel.
The service put a damper over our entire trip.
