I have a mixed feeling on this property. I read the reviews before I booked and know what to expect and specially reached out to the owner to make sure my stay is seamless. Alas, either delayed or no response from owner. Direction to this place is to direct your taxi or Uber to Musical Museum. The apartment building is the one on your left once you drive passed Musical Museum. Nobody waiting for me but after I called, owner or owner representative sent a lady over to open the door and handed me the key to the apartment. I specifically asked in my exchange to the owner to walk me through on how to use the electrical appliances that everyone complained about not knowing how to turn on, and of course, no such services provided by the lady who handed the key to me. We all do not know how to operate this Italian brand microwave oven and this is very hilarious that none of us can figure out how to use this little appliance. No central AC but there is one portable AC unit in the living room. Close to the train station Kew Bridge and bus stop. Yet, it is 75 minutes away from the central London every day. I booked this place because it has 2 bathrooms. It was my mistake when searching the distance and commuting time to think it is 30 minutes using public transportation. Within few hours that I realized it is 75 minutes train ride, I am not able to cancel even though I tried to request. I wish that they would make exceptions if your property is this popular, why insisted that no refund to make exceptions when genuine mistake by customers and it is almost 2 hours after booked that using Citymapper and realized that it is far. The only good thing staying in this property is if you want quiet time and be nearby airport if there is strike on going every where in London. British government needed to do something about all these strikes as I would not want to visit London as will not know what labor groups decided to strike especially the train/tube/airport strike. I am glad that the airport strike was called off on the day I flied off and have no problem zipping through Heathrow Airport. My relatives visited London in March and faced the same strikes during their stay too. Have to walk hard on those days when some public transportation workers on strike like train and Tube. Communications from owner is terrible, spotty and not answered thoroughly the questions posted. I would not recommend this property at all unless you like to live in an apartment that you do not know how to use the simple and basic electrical appliance like microwave oven and owner or owner representative just not making us feel welcome. Just book this place at your own risk like what I did.
