Hotel bem localizado, com um bom serviço de pequeno almoço, variado e com qualidade. Pessoal excelente no serviço do pequeno almoço.
Check in e check out um pouco demorado, embora ********** referisse que teria direito a bebidas de boas vindas no quarto, tal não sucedeu, tal como o check out tardio. Questionado o funcionário o mesmo referiu que não tinha acesso ao site do hotel.com e essa oferta seria na época COVID 19 !!!!!!!!!!

I stayed there for 2 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The staff speaks English and some of them speak German. Every contact with the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the view of the trees in the courtyard is really nice. The breakfast is varied and even has a few Slovakian specialties. All in all a really pleasant experience.

This hotel is a four star hotel located in the old town. The rooms we got seemed very old, the photos of the rooms on internet have nothing in common with reality. The hotel needs refurbishment. The service is not the best we have experienced. Breakfast is average.

Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. We were facing the road but there was no traffic noise. Breakfast choice was extensive and all the staff were very friendly. It's just a short walk to the Old Town and I'd definitely use it again.
The negatives: there was no bar in the evening and the restaurant isn't open in the evenings but the set meal price for lunch looked very good. There are other restaurants in the area which were good but when it's cold (we went for the Christmas markets) it would be nice to eat in the hotel. Small complaints though

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to centre of old town. In fact close walk to most places to visit in Bratislava. Room was compact but had all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast was top class and a great selection to start you off for the day ahead. 30 mins walk to train station with hourly departures to Vienna which is just a 55 minute trip. Staff were fantastic, helpful and always cheerful and willing to assust you in any way. Really enjoyed our 4 days here and will definitely return. Try SoHo close by too. Beautiful Thai food. So fresh and comforting in a lovely setting.

I've reviewed this place before but I have to add to our experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and we had a balcony with a lovely view BUT this time, by the time we got there in our month-long trip through Europe, we had tested positive for covid (ugh!) They took this all in stride, called our room to check up on us and brought us a breakfast tray to our room. Such an act of kindness is not forgotten and much appreciated!

A nice and cosy small hotel. The room was quite different from normal ones. Well situated and easy to reach from the airport bus terminal. Friendly staff, they got very worried when no complimentary water had been provided. Special thanks for a good breakfast, enjoyed it for 2 hours.

This is a great hotel and everything about it was great. Breakfast really good and kept topping it up. Walking distance everywhere. Tram station short stroll away. Lady who checked us in was really nice and helpfull as was the man who checked us out; as well as the breakfast staff. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
