Like most of the personnel.... The breakfast is almost inexistent and I had the "privilege" to meet the general manager who noticed I dared to offer a cup of coffee from the expressor, during the breakfast hours, to one of my daily guests (yes, we also booked the entire 12th floor for 3 days) and immediatelycalled the waiter to charge it on my room number. Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"Amazing hotel, a nice architectural building beautifully restored. Excellent restaurant and very nice personnel, trying to do the maximum to accommodate the guests. We stayed here several times over the years and we’ll be back. Tips: Parking (free) Restaurant ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) Iron and ironing table available (ask reception desk) If you leave early in the morning ask to prepare breakfast to go! Public garden nearby. Nice terrace with view to Danube. Book directly with the hotel, through email."
