Rooms were shabby. Bathroom untidy. Food tasteless. Had a harrowing experience. Had to change the hotel.

Very worst experience, poor service, aurogancy in communication, no food service taking very long time to supply, i was ordered my dinner at 9. 40pm and they have not supplied till 11. 20pm then i was taken dinner outside hotel. Not listening our complaints.

Location - good. The rooms are smelly and musty. The kitchen starts at 0700 in the morning. No early morning coffee. After lunch the kitchen closed and opens at 0800. Service is unprofessional.

Room service is pathetic. Rooms are not clean. Despite the number of calls no one responded. Not taken dinner order from me as well.

It was an awesome experience to stay at hotel nandan. The quality if the food was excellent and cheaper than others. It was hygienic as well. The space in room also quite better compare to others with same price band.

Personal stay. Room is unclean and very old. Also the locker is not working. Service staff seems not interested to serve.

Room was clean but ceiling of bathroom was smelling rotten. Breakfast was too oily and not tasty but dinner was excellent.
