we had a very bad experience in the restaurant. no service at all so I can not even write bad service- was met with have you booked - yes name... you are not on the list. where did you book?- in the reception, oh that's the problem! I don't like to be met as a problem. it is a very big restaurant, and apparently, the hotel lives of bus parties, so they must be used to having many guests. so after sitting a while at last a non-speaking native waiter gave us a menu. after some time came back to take the order, he didn't understand or speak our language, so I ordered in English apparently that didn't help either, so he asked me to point at the menu. it took 45 min to get the food. we ordered pepper stakes- that stake never saw a peppercorn. the source was some tomato king, not pepper sauce. the waiter never come back before we had finished the dish, and didn't care if it was alright. after taking our plate he didn't come back! after a while, I lost my patience and called another waiter and asked if it can be set in our room bill. then asked for a superintendent, which they didn't have. I told him about our disappointment with the food and the nonservice, he explained that it was not the waiters that made the food! then he stated some people are complying just for the complaint, he had been there a week. in the morning we checked out apparently the reception had not been informed and s 4 years kid ran and asked for grammar that apparently was working at the hotel so the receptionist was a nanny and was very occupied and not present. I never go there again.
