"The service here is wonderfully warm and personalized, creating a truly welcoming experience. The overall atmosphere has a great vibe—calm, relaxing, and perfect for a quiet retreat. The only issue was a noticeable funky smell in the room. (Just in the suite we stayed) The team kindly provided room freshener, but it seems the odor may be coming from the ventilation system. It’s just a minor blemish on an otherwise great stay."

"Beautiful hotel however the wall tiles had mould and the topper on the mattress had blood stains. Tv was not working properly. I phoned down stairs to let reception know the tv wasn’t working properly and nobody came to help. Restaurant was brilliant and staff was very good. The blood was definitely not satisfactory as the cleaning staff are not doing their job properly. The mould just needed to be scrubbed."

"The Maner house is very beautiful, so many cute rabbits on site. The place is close to shops, just 5 minutes drive. Also the breakfast buffet has variety of choice."

"I love this hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and cosy, so clean and quaint. The staff are wonderful, super friendly and obliging. The food is exceptional, great choice of beers on tap and a very charming wine list. You couldn't ask for more. This is a great place to stay."

"Reservado um estúdio , quando entrou no quarto foi decorado e estiloado a um padrão realmente elevado , mas infelizmente o som foi profundo , o quarto está a cerca de 30 metros de UMA estrada muito ocupada e de tráfego de 5am lá estava muito pesado , A sala estava muito ruidosa.. certamente não reservaria uma sala de estúdio novamente .."

"This was our first stay here and we were pleasantly surprised. We only needed a room for one night but would have happily stayed several nights. It’s a beautiful, historic building with full amenities and warm, eager to please staff. The grounds are beautifully kept and worth a little explore. we had dinner on site which was lovely, no complaints whatsoever! We would happily return."
