The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a full-size lower and twin top bunk. The living room couch will sleep an additional guest, however, if you prefer a queen air mattress, please request one prior to check-in. We've added a swimming pool in the backyard, but PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in and accessible to this property AND two other rental units next door. This Unit A has a nice deck that wraps around from the front door to the back door with ample lounge space in the back corner area.We are so close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood, and a boat pass is available upon request!
