The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small living room and a gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook your favourite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. This finca emanates the authenticity of the island from all the exterior areas around. There are several pretty corners that invite to enjoy the nature around the place. It's surrounded by artificial lawn with 4 sunloungers and it sizes 6 x 4 metres whilst the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. The accommodation comprises, on the one hand a main house -more authentic and with two floors- and on the other, a cosy annex by the pool.
