Heathlands Hotel

Firstly the hotel in general looked lovely, when me and my son turnt up after ringing to see if we can leave luggage there until check in and was told we could we were then turnt away and told to return at 4 because all lockers were full when i had already rang and was offered nothing for my luggage. When we did check in the room it selfs was a good size only to open my window to be greated by 50+ fag ends in my face and random towels on the roof wasn’t my plan. The fan was that dusty i physically cleaned it myself before using as well as the dust around the room it was awful. The bath taps didn’t work and i asked for help 5x from reception and no one come i worked it out in the end about 11pm in the evening 🙁 To top it all off when my son and me finally did go to sleep there was another guest banging the doors in the floor i was on which woke me and my son up this was at 4-am to 5am clearly someone had to much to drink but with all the banging my son has been left nervous now because he doesn’t understand what was happening. The staff were hard to communicate with and not very helpful!

I stayed at the heathlands hotel last night and I had the best nights sleep ever as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was comfortable as well and the duvet wasn’t too thick the bathroom was very clean and tidy but small the restaurant was shut but you could order food at the bar which I did I had fish and chips and peas which was ok but not good quality as the fish was too crispy but was reasonable for the price but I didn’t enjoy it the bar was very quiet so took my drinks to my room which was 126 and I would definitely have that room again overall I had a good stay and a good sleep

Spacious rooms, big bath tubs and fantastic coastal location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast. 10/10

Very good value clean an tidy friendly staff good location.

Room overall is good. For the price I’d say actually perfect. Might be only one thing as this room fits 4 people even though we were 3, open windows would be amazing just to get some fresh air in a room. Otherwise is all good, staff amazing, location perfect, extra quiet. Highly recommended

Been around the world with my job spend most of my life in hotels manly 5 stars. I should say for two star hotel . The staff were very friendly and the room very clean. Diffently I will come and stay here again very good value for money

Good location but the hotel needs a makeover, very 1970s. Staff did their job but didn't look happy.

Always staying there as location is amazing 👌
