Terrible service called about my deposit bk only to find that the staff put the phone down on me very dirty hotel and had to pay for coffee facilities won't be using again very unhappy

Took more than the 28 days stated to return my £50 deposit. Had to chase them. Shower in the room didn't drain, not a great experience all things considered I would pay more to stay elsewhere in future.

Hotel was in a good location,poor quality beds,I had booked a twin room and when I checked in there was none available I had to upgrade to get twin beds,plus they held £50 for a month shower was poor, I wouldn’t stay again

Caveat Emptor: The room doesn’t meet the basic hygiene and cleanliness. Booked and paid 4 nights after check-in realise the room was dirty with brown patch stain on the wall, dressing chair was dirty, blinds not working and carpet are stained
. After check in for 30mins, decided to check out as it doesn’t meet the basic cleanliness expectation. Feedback to Trip.com, they claim no refund policy as part of the condition of sale. Don’t understand this property classification as 2 Star Hotel where it is dirty and inhabited. It is not a hotel, more like a room rental. Trip.com, are you able to explain with this property with dirty room is listed on your portal? Extremely disappointed. BECAREFUL, EXTREMELY CAREFUL.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed in the room looks it hadn't been cleaned in months mould and cobwebs all around windows, mould in bathroom continuously flushing toilet, grumpy man on reception, dirty horrible place to stay , AVOID PEOPLE AVOID

Just the worst hotel, don't stay here. How this place is still open is mind blowing. All the reviews on here are truthful, the only way they will change is if people don't come anymore. Rip off and how they get away with all the extra charges is criminal. Just avoid
