The staff was phenomenal from the front of the house to the back. I also enjoyed one of the best coffee lattes that I have had in a long while. Really enjoyed this boutique & charming hotel experience.

The Charlesmark Hotel is a boutique-ish hotel in the very upscale Back Bay neighborhood. Transportation, safety and access to restaurants, museums, shopping, attractions, etc. are all excellent in this neighborhood and highly recommended. Considering the price and location, the Charlesmark was a wonderful place to stay on our recent visit.

Great boutique hotel across the street from Boston Public Library. In a very charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping!

Crazy loud generator outside and gratingly loud heating system inside. Don’t come here if you are sensitive to loud noises or don’t like cigarette smoke!

Great stay, centrally located. Easy to get to from Logan airport via Logan Express. Attractive accommodations. Quiet 6th floor room.

Good location and nice staff. Rooms are pretty small but clean. Parking is far away and the hotel has basically no amenities onsite. Even the attached restaurant doesn’t open until 8. If you are just using this the sleep and spend the rest of your time off site then this works well for a quick trip.

Awesome hotel!! Adorable and clean rooms! Close to everything! Lily at the front desk was terrific! And the gentleman at the front when I checked in on Jan 2 was so great and helpful too! Had a perfect stay!

It was a horrible night of sleep. The room next I could hear loud loud conversations and slamming of draws and doors into the early morning. I had a very early flight and was not able to sleep at all. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful and did not seems to have any interest in my questions about the stay. The room was very small and you could barely walk around the bed. The highlight was the hot shower otherwise this was very overpriced and not a comfortable stay.
