Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

Front desk was very friendly and inviting. Rooms nice size and comfortable. Views of the river. Will come back for another visit

Check in staff were very friendly but other areas need improvement. Beds were awful! Hotel very noisy. Restaurants close at 11pm and staff were rude. The cafe staff was awful!

Dallas the front desk person got me in and didnt have to wait that long in the long. Love this hotel the rooms were awesome. An dragos is a awesome restaurant in margaritaville.

Looked at all four restaurants on site. Either no service or the menu or environment looked poor. Ultimately walked to a nearby restaurant. Room was comfortable. Check in staff was pleasant.

Horrible experience. Waited in line. Was told system was down and we’d receive a call back no call after 2 hours, went back to the front desk and were expected to wait in line again. This time there were over 50 people ahead of us. Female employee named Dallas working at the MargaritaVille front desk didn’t care and was dismissive when I told her we had already waited in line. Terrible experience. Food at Drago’s was horrible.

The stay was amazing and the restaurant Drago's was great. Only one thing, the pillars in the room were kinda hard.
