Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

Love staying at Margaritaville. The staff for the most part are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. They don’t have enough handicap parking. It’s always full. The restaurants are great but I think they need more choices.

Someone had smoked and put out the cigarettes on the counter. It smelled like some one finished smoking right before I entered the room.

Had loud neighbors in the Hotel. Security was supposed to come quiet them down and never showed up. We left at 2am

Our TV remote wasn't working right around bedtime and maintenance came up right away and fixed it. Bathroom floor could use a good deep cleaning but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Will stay again.

It’s a ****** but it feels as much like a high end hotel as anything. Fabulous lobby bar and bartender. My room was spacious, as was the bath. Clean and bright.

Wow what a lovely ****** Hotel. Everything about this place from the staff, ******, spa, restaurants, rooms, and location. Is top notch. Nowhere better to stay in Shreveport. We highly recommend.
