Eu e meu marido ficamos 4 dias no hotel. TODOS os funcionários foram muito muito amigáveis e simpáticos. Todos nós deram ótimas recomendações de restaurantes. O quarto era ótimo, muito silencioso. Tomamos café da manhã no terraço, uma delícia. A localização é excelente.

Hotel boutique com ótima localização. Fácil acesso a diversos pontos que quisemos conhecer, como lojas, restaurantes, pontos turísticos etc. Quartos amplos, confortáveis, bem equipados, bem decorados e limpos. Café da manhã delicioso, podendo ser servido no quarto ou no lobby. Equipe muito simpática, cordial e atenta.

The hotel is in a fabulous location right in the heart of the city…walking distance to everything including their incredible shopping streets! Located in a quiet side lane it is beautifully decorated and we were welcomed from the moment we opened the door! Audrey and her colleagues were so attentive and helpful and made our trip so memorable. It is a boutique hotel so yes the rooms are on the small side but they are totally renovated and tastefully furnished with modern bathroom and separate toilet. We had pre-dinner drinks and our breakfast served on their very special rooftop terrace overlooking the city. Comfy beds and pillows and all super clean… highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel in April with some friends. I don’t generally write reviews, but this hotel was amazing and I would absolutely recommend. The service was great. We had breakfast one morning on the roof top and it was superb. The location was great too, located on a very quiet street off the Main Street, walking distance to everything yet very quiet. Really good!

Staff was great, but I would NOT classify this as a hotel! Room accessed only by three flights of narrow stairs and was not laid out well. Note that there is no seperate bathroom. The bathtub is in the middle of the room and is difficult to use. The layout is dysfunctional and inconvenient, there is NO shower. The storage spaces in the room were difficult to access and very small. Simple amenities like hair conditioner and adequate soap was lacking. The staff are wonderful, but are only able to do so much. The very small rooftop patio is 5 flights of narrow stairs and inconvenient as there is no elevator.

This is the best hotel ever! Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. The staff is incredible. They helped with reservations, suggestions on where to go, arranged cars etc! Can’t say enough good things about them. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfy!! This was reasonably priced and in a great location! We will be back!!

I had the pleasure to stay here two years ago and now came back with my husband and cousin. We selected the apartment as it best suited our needs. The location is fantastic. The Hotel roof top terrace is a delight, all of the amenities are very considered and luxurious. The breakfast is generous and varied. Most of all is the gracious and kind staff. Funny, delightful, attentive, welcoming, they provide invaluable information during your stay and have excellent restaurant recommendations. This is my most favourite place to stay in Bordeaux. This is a perfect place to explore Bordeaux on foot - so many areas to discover - if you are brave you can also rent scooters/bicycles!

This is a difficult hotel to rate. It is tiny with 7 rooms, tiny lobby and limited breakfast and facilities . But location is 4, around the corner of the heart of city; service is 5 - Audrey and the team are making a difference; rooms on the back are small -20sqm with limited window, front row 30 sqm and a window, modern and renovated to use every corner Cleanless -5, value for money -4 with roughly 300 euros pn.

Lovely hotel, central location, excellent breakfast & very friendly, helpful staff. Room v nicely decorated & comfortable. Good value. Lovely rooftop seating area with great views of Bordeaux. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend to friends
