We had an enjoyable stay. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. An update in their facilities would be nice, since the age of their hotel kind of shows already (peeling paint, dirty grout in the bathroom, leaky showers). But still, would recommend to family and friends.

Very nice hotel. Convenient and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great house keeping. The hotel offers huge amounts of swimming and its bar in the middle of the pool. It will have good opportunities to have a variety of drinks while swimming.
However, I found some lack of providing amenities. I have booked a room for 3 people but there were not enough amenities. I have to ask every time to provide them. Found some ants in the bathroom. There is too much of a crowd while having breakfast. Not enough space for movement. In some cases, there is no hot water while getting in the shower. It's been fixed later. I found the iron board was not in workable condition and it was very hard to use it.

位置
在主路上、到海灘要走將近10分鐘、dmall要走將近15分鐘、是當地走路速度哈、因為在那裡也走不快。所以位置沒有Henann regency直接靠海灘好。性價比稍微好一點點吧。
早餐
在物資貧乏的長灘島算不錯的、自助早餐是一個小U型區域有各式鬆餅、熱菜肉類、現煎的蛋餅、新鮮色拉/抓緊吃因為幾乎沒有其他機會吃到蔬菜。
房間
一樓房間的陽台直接可以跳進泳池、泳池開放早會吵不帶小孩子不建議住一樓。
和主路隔着個酒店泳池和大堂、有摩託駛過會吵。
面朝早餐區的也會吵吧、早上六點就開始吃早飯丁零當啷的。面朝小泳池區的有噴泉早上六點半還是七點就開始噴、也有點挺吵。
總的説來把陽台門關上還行但睡眠輕的人不推薦lagoon感覺都有點吵。衞生有強烈潔癖人繞行要知道菲律賓人做清潔就那樣了。
陽台有曬衣服的晾衣小架子。
泳池按摩
遇到好的按摩師真的很舒服也超值、700比索按摩全身一個小時。後來去了cha spa感覺沒有酒店按摩的好。千萬別選低於700的按摩、婆子們會使壞、我選了400比索去腳底角質的foot scrub一個壞婆子把我腳刮破了還一個勁推銷、我不問她要賠償就是好的了、老公説別當麪投訴後續回來再發郵件去投訴這個按摩婆子。最好選年輕人按摩師、上了年紀的阿姨婆子都很壞的感覺哎。腳破了後面幾天游泳和洗澡都很疼啊。

Henann Lagoon was awesome! Friendly staffs and clean place. Except, Not all Amenities are included and might cost you extra charges. So better read and understand the room type you’ll be getting to avoid frustration.

담배를 피우지도 않았음에도 담배를 피웠다며 방을 아무에게도 못파니 나보고 하루치 숙박요금을 내라함 2백달러 요구 담배를 안피웠다고 하니까 꽁초를 방에서 발견하였다며 사진을 찍어온게 담배 뿌러져서 버리고나온거 주워서 태워지지도 않은 담배보고 뿌러져있다고 꽁초라고 박박우김 담배태우던 꽁초도 아니고 누가봐도 뿌러져있는것인데 어쨌든 꽁초라고 우김 ㅋㅋ 담배도 안피웠다고 부당하다고 이제 공항으로 복귀 시간 다되간다고 하니까 당신이 급하면 요금내고 한국복귀하라는 답만돌아옴 ㅋㅋ 그래서 더러워서 200달러 냈음 그러더니 번역기로 대화했는데 한국어로 번역 지가 뻔히 해놓고 마지막에 중국어 보여주면서 시에시에 ㅇㅈㄹ그래서 약올라가지고 한국 내일갈테니 내가 결제한방에서 잔다고 하니까 이미 다음손님 예약 되어있어서 안된다 그러고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 언제는 피우지도 않은 담배 피웠다고 우기면서 못팔아서 숙박요금 내라면서요? 다좋았는데 데스크들 진짜 ㅋㅋㅋ 최악이었음

Henann Lagoon is a worth place to stay. The place is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Also their buffet breakfast was superb. A lot of variety to choose from likewise their food from their restaurant was delicious.

Such a beautiful hotel ! It’s actually a part of a chain which is convenient because you’re allowed to access the amenities of the other hotels, which is especially convenient for the one regency branch as they have the beach front and spa. The location is okay. You do need to walk maybe 5 minutes to get to the beach but that’s not a problem.
