The hotel in Boracay, Philippines was a tropical paradise. Nestled along the pristine beaches, it offered stunning views and a serene ambiance. The rooms were modern and well-designed, offering comfort and privacy. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. With its picturesque setting and top-notch service, it was the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway in Boracay.

一定要給個一分讓更多人看到真實的評價。 1. 酒店人非常多,服務人員疲於奔命根本無暇顧及客户感受,幾乎沒有任何度假的舒適感,基本無服務; 2.公司基層人員非常機械,不能解決任何問題,原因估計也是第一點帶來的; 3. 酒店管理理念就是從客户身上擠出任何一分錢,任何東西能不提供就不提供。例如沒有拖鞋,沒有瓶裝水,住的第一個房間居然沒有熱水!(後面發現是酒店熱水系統很差)。 4. 前台電話永遠無人接聽,攜程自身態度很好,可是也對酒店沒有控制權,幾十個小時都在處理熱水問題,到後面攜程也聯繫不上酒店! 5. 酒店位於主海灘,淡季都到處都是人,鬧哄哄,到處音樂震耳欲聾。 6. 酒店本身的裝修質量不錯,衞生餐飲也都不錯。 7. 前台做事機械,你可能會被分到沒有任何景觀或者設備壞了的房間,記得第一時間找主管經理投訴,換房間。 8. 結論:實在想住,就要調整自己的期望,放棄服務,碰到房間有問題的第一時立即找酒店經理!!!不要等,也不要和基層前台糾纏。

Hennan Palm resort was the best choice for us! Start from their amazing stuff that was so resourceful, and answered to all of our questions and requests kindly and efficiently. The location is right in the middle among restaurants and pubs on the beach. Breakfast was fresh and diverse., we took a room with access to the pool which was a great idea , facilities were clean and in a very good condition, especially the pool. We will be back for sure. Hennan is a terrible company. Their main policy is Zero Trust. Guests are treated like criminals. All is about money and cost cutting. - Warm water in the bath room is limited to a few minutes. - Bath robes were missing. only after asking they were handed over to us. seems they are afraid that guests take them home. - We paid the drinks after dinner in cash. on the check out day we were charged again. unfortunately we had no evidence. - no service orientation of the staff. tiny requests and issues are immediately rejected. - guests are threatened to pay a penalty fee for left overs of foods instead of making them aware that food is a resource and asking politely to avoid food waste - They use towel cards to make sure that you don’t take the towels and return them properly - guests have to request the room cleaning otherwise nothing happens - The road from main street to the hotel is a disaster of dirt and mud. Hennan doesn’t care - They have hidden charges. Be careful always and show also zero trust to them - Loud music in the restaurant - Espresso and Cappuccino is charged additionally - Water in the jacuzzi was disgusting dirty - Missing curtains in the rooms. They have wooden blinds so that we woke up every morning at 6am because of the brightness. Long story short: Stay away from Hennan

First of all, the transfer was really smooth. However, the downside was that it was so difficult to find the staff. We had no idea where to go and had to locate the person in charge of the transfer. Fortunately, other hotel staff were very helpful, which was a good thing. It was ridiculous. Another downside was the rocky and bumpy road leading to the hotel. The passage road should be improved as it was very disappointing and gave me a bad impression, not to mention a headache. Something definitely needs to be done about that passage road! During pre-check-in, the front office (FO) staff, specifically a girl, showed no expressions and didn't even acknowledge our presence. She saw us standing and waiting, but she just stood there and pretended as if nothing was happening. It was unbelievable! The FO staff was not friendly at all. On the other hand, the concierge staff was very accommodating and greeted us with a smile. During check-in and check-out, they were incredibly friendly. When we were about to get our hotel cards, I noticed a long queue at the check-in counter. Since I only needed my key card, I approached the FO staff from another lane, which I believe was for members only. However, he was not friendly at all and made us wait for 5 minutes. He pretended as if there was no guest standing in front of him. I was speechless! He should not ignore guests like that. Anyway, during our stay, we requested an iron, but there was none available. Throughout our entire trip, there was no iron! This meant I couldn't wear my other clothes, which was disappointing. Some of the guest service agents (GSC) were okay, but most of them didn't greet us and lacked standard customer service. When ending the call, the staff would just hang up, which was ridiculous and displayed bad service. However, the concierge staff who assisted us during check-out was extremely helpful and nice. He even managed to take some nice photos of us. He mentioned that he was the one who assisted Bangs Garcia, an actress, which amazed me. The way he handled us as a couple was incredible. It was a phenomenal experience. Additionally, the FO staff who assisted us during check-out was really nice and surprisingly went above and beyond with a smile. She was above standard. While the hotel looked very nice in the pictures on the website, the actual experience of staying there and encountering the awful attitudes of the staff made it far from nice. It left a bad impression of the hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience with mostly negative encounters. I will definitely never go back to this hotel. It was a traumatizing stay and not an ideal place to stay.

First time staying at Hennan Palm and let me say, I WONT come back. The Property is actually very nice and on the beach front. But their rules and staff are not that helpful. We had to face issue during checkout because of mismanagement from the Front desk and the house keeping staff which caused us delay and embarrassment. While checking out the front desk team told us that one of the two bathrobe provided was missing, we explained them that it was not replaced by the house keeping staff on day 2 when they cleaned the room. And then began a 1.30 hr discussion and manhunt for the bathrobe. The front desk during all this was not helpful and kept on talking to the house keeping staff to look into the records while we wait for checkout. Even after reminding them multiple times that it was not replaced by the house keeping staff they had a very blank expression and didn't know what to do and they kept asking us what time we left the room, where was the bathrobe initially , where did we put it in the room. Can you imagine been on vacation and have to keep track of all the things inside the room, I felt ridiculous. Even at the 1 hour mark they are still co ordinating and trying to find someone responsible for it and we were getting late for our ferry and flight, seeing no other option, we asked them to scan through our luggage. They accepted it and made us open our luggage in the lobby to check the bags, obviously it wasn't there. Even when they couldn't find it, the staff had a disappointing look at their face, like they expected it to be in our bag(ridiculous). Even after this there was no genuine apology. Very BIG FAILURE at the Front desk staff and house keeping staff. Since we were getting late for the ferry and flight, we could not take pics or video of all this dilemma that happened. Imagine paying for one of their best rooms for 3 nights and you have to face this disaster because of mismanagement at the hotel end, I would say this is not acceptable at all. When we first checked in on day one, even though it shows as a 4 star or 5 star property we were not greeted the same way you would expect from a premium hotel. The checkin was very ordinary and even at 2 pm, they made us wait till the rooms were ready. They offer complimentary drinks at checkin, for which you need to go to the bar and get the drinks, not expecting this from 4-5 star hotel. The breakfast was nothing special, very ordinary. We had to call the room cleaning service multiple times to get the room cleaned. Only good thing is the restaurant staff is very good (probably replace them with Front desk staff), the beach is very accessible, room was nice and clean, swimming pool was good. I have stayed is smaller 3 star hotels in Boracay and they were fantastic. So probably will book a smaller place but with better service. Overall - 2/5 (Because of staff)
